Prishtin\u00eb – Kryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs Enver Hasani ka deklaruar se \u201cKosova nuk ka kriz\u00eb politike, dhe as institucionale\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb agjencis\u00eb austriake APA, situat\u00ebn politike n\u00eb vend e ka p\u00ebrshkruar m\u00eb tep\u00ebr si nj\u00eb \u201csituat\u00eb konfuzioni\u201d( Polit-Wirr-Warr). Hasani i ka deklaruar agjencis\u00eb APA se Aktgjykimi i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese sqaron se \u201c Kryetari i Parlamentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs n\u00eb fuqi duhet t\u00eb propozohet nga partia, apo koalicioni m\u00eb i fort\u00eb, q\u00eb ka dal\u00eb nga zgjedhjet parlamentare, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet konstituimi i Parlamentit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb zgjedhur\u201d.<\/p>\n N\u00eb intervist\u00ebn dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr agjencin\u00eb APA, Hasani ka deklaruar se koalicioni anti PDK, i cili p\u00ebrmbledh LDK-n\u00eb, AAK, Nism\u00ebn dhe l\u00ebvizjen Vet\u00ebvendosje \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar pas zgjedhjeve dhe si i till\u00eb nga pik\u00ebpamja e Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb koalicion q\u00eb mund t\u00eb propozoj\u00eb kryetarin e parlamentit.<\/p>\n Konflikti politik aktual nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se nuk mund t\u00eb tejkalohet mendon Hasani. Ka pasur rasti si ai i Italis\u00eb apo Belgjik\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda se ky n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb marr\u00eb zgjidhje, thot\u00eb ai.<\/p>\n Nj\u00eb zgjidhje sipas Hasanit do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb kandidati i PDK-s\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidhet kryetar Parlamenti me ndihm\u00ebn e kampit kund\u00ebrshtar. M\u00eb pas \u201cKampi kund\u00ebrshtar do t\u00eb mund ta zgjidhte sipas planit qeverin\u00eb e re\u201d. \u201c Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces politik q\u00eb do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodhte dhe n\u00ebse partit\u00eb mund t\u00eb merren vesh p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb zgjidhje, kjo nuk do t\u00eb kishte pasoja kushtetuese\u201d ka deklaruar Hasani p\u00ebr agjencin\u00eb austriake APA. \u201cZgjidhja duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb politike\u201d ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Hasani.<\/p>\n Ai tha p\u00ebr agjencin\u00eb APA se Gjykata Kushtetuese \u00ebsht\u00eb funksionale. P\u00ebr shkak se parlamenti i deritash\u00ebm nuk mund t\u00eb mblidhte dy t\u00eb tretat e votave, p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjedhur nj\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs t\u00eb ri, Gjykata Kushtetues po funksionon me tet\u00eb, n\u00eb vend se me n\u00ebnt\u00eb gjyqtar\u00eb kushtetues. Kjo, megjithat\u00eb sipas Hasanit, nuk paraqet problem p\u00ebr koorumin e Gjykat\u00ebs.
