Enver Robellit lidhur me xhamin\u00eb q\u00eb planifikohet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb qytetin e St. Gallenit, synon t\u00eb hap\u00eb nj\u00eb debat mbi prioritetet e komunitetit shqiptar n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, por m\u00ebnyra se si synohet t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet ky debat e vendos at\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb pasakt\u00eb: nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrv\u00ebnie artificiale midis xhamis\u00eb dhe arsimit e integrimit, sikur k\u00ebto t\u00eb ishin dy rrug\u00eb q\u00eb e p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. Mes tjerash ai pretendon se \u201cme k\u00ebto para \u2013 pra me 15 milion\u00eb franga \u2013 do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndaheshin 1000 bursa nga 15 mij\u00eb franga p\u00ebr student\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb z. Robelli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb analiz\u00eb, por thjeshtim dhe devijim nga realiteti.<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti i komunitetit musliman shqiptar n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i gjer\u00eb dhe m\u00eb kompleks sesa paraqitet. Ky komunitet nd\u00ebrton xhami dinjitoze me kontributet e veta, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb e p\u00ebrballon barr\u00ebn e mbajtjes s\u00eb familjeve si n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr ashtu edhe n\u00eb vendlindje, duke ruajtur lidhje t\u00eb gjalla sociale dhe ekonomike me trojet shqiptare. Ai vazhdon t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb institucionet arsimore fetare n\u00eb vendlindje, si medreset\u00eb dhe fakultetet islame, duke kontribuar n\u00eb formimin e brezave t\u00eb rinj dhe n\u00eb ruajtjen e nj\u00eb tradite t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme arsimore.<\/p>\n<p>Ky komunitet nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shfaqur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb koh\u00eb paqeje, por edhe n\u00eb momente vendimtare historike, duke qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e angazhimeve p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e shqiptar\u00ebve nga okupator\u00ebt e tyre. N\u00eb planin social, ai vazhdon t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb familjet n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpive, financimit t\u00eb trajtimeve mjek\u00ebsore jasht\u00eb vendit dhe realizimit t\u00eb projekteve infrastrukturore \u2013 sidomos n\u00eb raste fatkeq\u00ebsish natyrore, shpesh duke e z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar munges\u00ebn e shtetit. Edhe ndarja e bursave p\u00ebr student\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb reale dhe e vazhdueshme, ndon\u00ebse jo gjithmon\u00eb e ekspozuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mediatike.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto nuk ndodhin n\u00eb vakum. N\u00eb shum\u00eb raste ato organizohen dhe kanalizohen p\u00ebrmes xhamive, t\u00eb cilat funksionojn\u00eb si qendra t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta komunitare.<\/p>\n<p>Madje, edhe vet\u00eb shifrat q\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden n\u00eb k\u00ebto debate \u2013 dje, 15 milion\u00eb franga \u2013 paraqiten n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb cunguar, ngase nuk e njohin ose nuk duan ta njohin realitetin. Sepse nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb e madhe e k\u00ebsaj vlere nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb para e gatshme, por kontribut n\u00eb natyr\u00eb. Nga xhamit\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar deri m\u00eb tani vler\u00ebsohet se rreth dy t\u00eb tretat e k\u00ebtyre mjeteve p\u00ebrb\u00ebhen nga pun\u00eb fizike vullnetare dhe sh\u00ebrbime t\u00eb ofruara nga vet\u00eb musliman\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, me an\u00eb t\u00eb firmave dhe bizneseve t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit, instalimeve dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjes. Kjo do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb investim financiar, por me nj\u00eb mobilizim t\u00eb gjer\u00eb profesional dhe komunitar, ku njer\u00ebzit japin koh\u00ebn, dijen dhe mundin e tyre pa p\u00ebrfitim personal.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, student\u00ebve, profesionist\u00ebve dhe afarist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr kan\u00eb kaluar n\u00ebp\u00ebr bankat e mejtebeve dhe kan\u00eb ndjekur ligj\u00ebratat e hoxhallar\u00ebve n\u00eb xhamit\u00eb shqiptare k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr. K\u00ebta njer\u00ebz sot mbajn\u00eb diploma universitare dhe tituj t\u00eb lart\u00eb akademik\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb integruar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb zvicerane dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht vazhdojn\u00eb t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtesin edhe xhamit\u00eb e tyre. Ky fakt i vet\u00ebm e rr\u00ebzon pretendimin se xhamit\u00eb jan\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr arsimimin apo integrimin; p\u00ebrkundrazi, ato kan\u00eb qen\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00ebk\u00ebnd nj\u00eb pik\u00ebnisje formimi dhe disipline.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb element tjet\u00ebr thelb\u00ebsor \u00ebsht\u00eb besimi i nd\u00ebrtuar brenda komunitetit. Musliman\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr u besojn\u00eb imam\u00ebve dhe kryesive t\u00eb xhamive t\u00eb tyre, dhe ky besim i shtyn ata t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm financiarisht, por, si\u00e7 u tha tanim\u00eb, edhe me pun\u00eb fizike vullnetare, me p\u00ebrkushtim moral dhe me angazhim shpirt\u00ebror. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kapital social i nd\u00ebrtuar me koh\u00eb, i cili nuk mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet leht\u00ebsisht nga iniciativa t\u00eb jashtme apo abstrakte.<\/p>\n<p>Pretendimi se xhamit\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb izolim bie ndesh me faktet. Shqiptar\u00ebt musliman\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm dhe aktiv\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha fushat e jet\u00ebs n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr, nd\u00ebrsa xhamit\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb stabilitetin social, n\u00eb orientimin e t\u00eb rinjve dhe n\u00eb kultivimin e dialogut nd\u00ebrfetar. Integrimi i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk k\u00ebrkon zhveshje nga identiteti, por nj\u00eb menaxhim t\u00eb pjekur t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, p\u00ebrdorimi i shprehjes se shqiptar\u00ebt \u201cluten dhe sorollaten\u201d n\u00ebp\u00ebr xhami nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb lapsus gjuh\u00ebsor, por nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim p\u00ebr\u00e7mues. Kjo gjuh\u00eb nuk kritikon, por n\u00ebn\u00e7mon; nuk analizon, por stigmatizon. Ajo p\u00ebrpiqet ta zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet t\u00eb gjall\u00eb komunitar n\u00eb nj\u00eb karikatur\u00eb t\u00eb zbraz\u00ebt, duke shp\u00ebrfillur mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz q\u00eb punojn\u00eb, kontribuojn\u00eb dhe nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, shtrohet pyetja se \u00e7far\u00eb kuptohet me arsim n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb diskurs. Nga m\u00ebnyra se si argumentohet, krijohet p\u00ebrshtypja se vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb form\u00eb e arsimit, e shk\u00ebputur nga dimensioni fetar, konsiderohet e vlefshme. Por arsimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kategori e reduktueshme vet\u00ebm n\u00eb arsim anti- ose afetar; ai e p\u00ebrfshin edhe edukimin moral, kulturor dhe shpirt\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p>Sa i p\u00ebrket ides\u00eb fillestare q\u00eb miliona frangat duhet t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen n\u00eb form\u00eb bursash \u2013 \u201cZoti do t\u00eb ndihej m\u00eb i adhuruar n\u00ebse me 15 milion\u00eb franga do t\u00eb p\u00ebrkraheshin p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrgatitur si ekonomist\u00eb nja 150 t\u00eb rinj shqiptar\u00eb apo m\u00eb shum\u00eb\u201d \u2013\u00a0 mbetet nj\u00eb konstruksion retorik, me elemente tall\u00ebse. Kjo e b\u00ebn t\u00eb pashmangshme nj\u00eb pyetje: pse vet\u00eb kritik\u00ebt nuk e nd\u00ebrmarrin nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtill\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i mb\u00ebshtetur me bursa student\u00ebt \u201ce margjinalizuar\u201d, por k\u00ebt\u00eb e presin gjithnj\u00eb prej t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, kryesisht prej xhamive?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund, problemi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb arsim, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb legjitime dhe e nevojshme, por m\u00ebnyra selektive dhe e nj\u00ebanshme se si lexohet dhe interpretohet realiteti. Ta shp\u00ebrfill\u00ebsh nj\u00eb komunitet q\u00eb nd\u00ebrton, edukon, ndihmon dhe integrohet, dhe ta reduktosh at\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb stereotip, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kritik\u00eb serioze. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim i nj\u00ebansh\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk arrin ta kap\u00eb kompleksitetin e jet\u00ebs reale t\u00eb xhamive dhe rreth xhamive shqiptare n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Komuniteti shqiptar musliman n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrball\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjedhjeje mes fes\u00eb dhe zhvillimit. Ai po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019i nd\u00ebrtoj\u00eb t\u00eb dyja paralelisht. Dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb realitet q\u00eb meriton t\u00eb kuptohet e t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet, e jo t\u00eb thjeshtohet apo edhe t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7mohet.<\/p>\n<p>Z. Robelli, dyert e xhamive tona jan\u00eb t\u00eb hapura edhe p\u00ebr Ju, ejani dhe hidhni nj\u00eb shikim se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebhet e \u00e7far\u00eb s\u2019b\u00ebhet brenda dhe rreth tyre? Sepse dinamika e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb xhamive tona nuk duket nga tavolina e zyr\u00ebs Suaj. Ndoshta m\u00ebsoni di\u00e7ka t\u00eb re q\u00eb nuk e keni ditur, ndoshta ne m\u00ebsojm\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nga sugjerimet dhe v\u00ebrejtjet Tuaja t\u00eb sinqerta.
