Prokurori i Prokuroris\u00eb Speciale, Naim Abazi, ka k\u00ebrkuar burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm ndaj tre t\u00eb akuzuarve, Blagoje Spasojeviq, Vladimir Toliq dhe Dushan Maksimoviq.<\/p>\n

Abazi n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebrfundimtare 21 faq\u00ebshe p\u00ebrpos q\u00eb e ka lexuar dokumentin, ka shfaqur edhe pamje nga momenti i sulmit t\u00eb 23 shtatorit 2023. Ai deklaroi se \u00ebsht\u00eb faktuar se t\u00eb akuzuarit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb e dinin se atje do t\u00eb zhvillohej sulmi terrorist dhe se ata kishin marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb funksione t\u00eb ndryshme at\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Sipas prokurorit, q\u00ebllimi i sulmit ishte aneksimi i veriut.<\/p>\n

Ai u shpreh se planet p\u00ebr Banjsk\u00ebn datojn\u00eb qysh nga 13 tetori 2021, kur n\u00eb Rashk\u00eb u zhvillua nj\u00eb takim ku mori pjes\u00eb edhe presidenti i Serbis\u00eb Aleksandar Vu\u00e7iq dhe kryeterroristi serb Millan Radoi\u00e7iq.<\/p>\n
