U ndalohet \u00e7do l\u00ebvizje hyrje dalje.<\/p>\n<p>c) Obligohen fermer\u00ebt mbajt\u00ebs t\u00eb Deleve dhe Dhive, p\u00ebr \u00e7do ndryshim t\u00eb gjendjes sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebve, menj\u00ebher\u00eb t\u00eb njoftojn\u00eb veterinarin. Praktikat veterinare jan\u00eb t\u00eb obliguar t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb protokollet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore veterinare p\u00ebr parandalimin dhe luftimin e k\u00ebsaj s\u00ebmundje<\/p>\n<p>d) Fermer\u00ebt mbajt\u00ebs t\u00eb Deleve, Dhive t\u00eb aktivizojn\u00eb masat e biosiguris\u00eb ne fermat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>e) T\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen lokacionet p\u00ebr Groposjen e kafsh\u00ebve t\u00eb ngordhura nga Komunat;<\/p>\n<p>f) AUV vazhdon me hulumtimin epidemiologjik, marrjen e mostrave dhe kryerjen e testimeve laboratorike;<\/p>\n<p>II. P\u00ebrjashtimisht nga pika I e k\u00ebtij vendimi, lejohet l\u00ebvizja kafsh\u00ebve nga fermat e lira nga kjo s\u00ebmundje deri n\u00eb thertore t\u00eb licencuara, me p\u00eblqimin paraprak t\u00eb inspektorit veterinar t\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Ushqimit dhe Veterinaris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>III. Urdh\u00ebrohen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb menaxheret e tregjeve q\u00eb nga momenti i hyrjes n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendimi t\u00eb pezullojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr tregtimin e kafsh\u00ebve t\u00eb imta Dele Dhi.<\/p>\n<p>IV.
