Izraeli po avancon planet p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 2.700 nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb reja n\u00eb vendbanime t\u00eb paligjshme n\u00eb Bregun Per\u00ebndimor t\u00eb pushtuar, njoftoi t\u00eb diel\u00ebn nj\u00eb organ qeveritar palestinez.<\/p>\n

Komisioni Palestinez kund\u00ebr Murit dhe Vendbanimeve tha se K\u00ebshilli i Lart\u00eb i Planifikimit i Izraelit, i cili vepron n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Administrat\u00ebs Civile ushtarake izraelite, pritet t\u00eb mblidhet t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb shqyrtuar nj\u00eb paket\u00eb t\u00eb re projektesh p\u00ebr zgjerimin e vendbanimeve.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb, komisioni tha se planet p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 2.721 nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb reja banimi n\u00eb disa vendbanime n\u00eb Bregun Per\u00ebndimor t\u00eb pushtuar, si dhe projekte urbanistike dhe strukturore q\u00eb synojn\u00eb zgjerimin e kufijve t\u00eb vendbanimeve dhe forcimin e korniz\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre ligjore dhe planifikuese.<\/p>\n

Sipas komisionit, projektet e propozuara p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb 1.006 nj\u00ebsi n\u00eb vendbanimin Givat pran\u00eb Betlehemit, 922 nj\u00ebsi n\u00eb vendbanimin Har Bracha n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Nablusit, 455 nj\u00ebsi n\u00eb vendbanimin Mevo Dotan n\u00eb per\u00ebndim t\u00eb Jeninit dhe 234 nj\u00ebsi n\u00eb vendbanimin Kiryat Arba n\u00eb lindje t\u00eb Hebronit.<\/p>\n

Komisioni tha se gjat\u00eb mbledhjes do t\u00eb diskutohen gjithashtu plane q\u00eb lidhen me kufijt\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit, ndryshimet n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e tok\u00ebs dhe rregulloret e nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb disa vendbanime.<\/p>\n

Sipas tij, k\u00ebto projekte pasqyrojn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e vazhdueshme t\u00eb Izraelit p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjeruar vendbanimet ekzistuese dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar fakte t\u00eb reja n\u00eb terren n\u00eb territorin e pushtuar palestinez.<\/p>\n

Komisioni paralajm\u00ebroi se planet do t\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb konfiskime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb tokave palestineze, do t\u00eb thellojn\u00eb fragmentimin gjeografik midis komuniteteve palestineze dhe do t\u00eb forcojn\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb e p\u00ebrshkroi si politika graduale t\u00eb aneksimit t\u00eb Izraelit n\u00eb Bregun Per\u00ebndimor t\u00eb pushtuar.<\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb komisionit deri m\u00eb 30 mars, n\u00eb Bregun Per\u00ebndimor t\u00eb pushtuar jan\u00eb ngritur m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 542 vendbanime dhe posta t\u00eb paligjshme, ku jetojn\u00eb mbi 780.000 kolon\u00eb izraelit\u00eb.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb 192 vendbanime t\u00eb paligjshme dhe 350 posta kolon\u00ebsh, prej t\u00eb cilave m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 165 jan\u00eb krijuar q\u00eb nga tetori i vitit 2023 dhe 59 vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb vitit 2025.<\/p>\n
