T\u00eb dyja jan\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, por shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt po studiojn\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb inteligjenca fluide t\u00eb zhvillohet p\u00ebrmes trajnimit t\u00eb trurit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb mendohej se inteligjenca fluide \u00ebsht\u00eb kryesisht e trash\u00ebguar dhe se nuk mund t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb shum\u00eb gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInteligjenca fluide shpesh konsiderohet shum\u00eb e trash\u00ebgueshme, prandaj shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz mendojn\u00eb se ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e pandryshueshme. Q\u00ebllimi yn\u00eb ishte t\u00eb tregonim se kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrisht e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d, ka shpjeguar dr. Susanne Jaeggi.<\/p>\n<p>Shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt thon\u00eb se efekti i k\u00ebtyre ushtrimeve lidhet me neuroplasticitetin, pra aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e trurit p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrshtatur dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar lidhje t\u00eb reja nervore gjat\u00eb jet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas dr. Jonides, pas trajnimit disa zona t\u00eb trurit gjat\u00eb zgjidhjes s\u00eb detyrave shpenzonin m\u00eb pak energji dhe k\u00ebrkonin m\u00eb pak qarkullim gjaku, gj\u00eb q\u00eb tregon efikasitet m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb trurit.<\/p>\n<p>Trajnimi i kujtes\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs nuk forcon vet\u00ebm aft\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur mend informacione.
