Sipas urdhrit t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs, seancat mund t\u00eb zgjasin deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 17:15.<\/p>\n<p>Zyra e Prokurorit t\u00eb Specializuar (ZPS) do t\u00eb ket\u00eb tri or\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr paraqitjen e deklaratave p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse, nd\u00ebrsa ekipet e Mbrojtjes do t\u00eb ken\u00eb nga 45 minuta deri n\u00eb dy or\u00eb p\u00ebr argumentet e tyre p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb konfirmuar, nd\u00ebrmjet 12 prillit dhe 2 n\u00ebntorit 2023, gjat\u00eb vizitave jo t\u00eb privilegjuara n\u00eb objektin e paraburgimit, Hashim Tha\u00e7i dyshohet se u ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb Bashkim Smakajt, Isni Kilajt, Fadil Fazliut dhe Hajredin Ku\u00e7it informacione konfidenciale lidhur me d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt e ZPS-s\u00eb, si dhe udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si pretendohet se duhej t\u00eb ndikohej n\u00eb d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Aktakuza pretendon gjithashtu se Tha\u00e7i bashk\u00ebrendoi tri grupe t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, t\u00eb formuara p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht me Smakajn, Fazliun dhe Kilajn, si dhe persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk jan\u00eb ngritur akuza, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb grup tjet\u00ebr lidhej me Ku\u00e7in.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Prokuroris\u00eb, k\u00ebto veprime kishin p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ndikimin n\u00eb d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve t\u00eb saj, n\u00eb kontekstin e gjykimit p\u00ebr krime lufte ndaj Tha\u00e7it dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb akuzuarit i kan\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar akuzat ndaj tyre dhe kan\u00eb deklaruar se jan\u00eb t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb deklaratave p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse, \u00e7\u00ebshtja do t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb faz\u00ebn e vendimmarrjes, ku gjykat\u00ebsi do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb provat dhe argumentet e paraqitura nga pal\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin:30px 0\"\/>\n<p style=\"font-size:13px;color:#666\">Burimi: <strong>mesazhi<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb Dhomat e Specializuara t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, sot nisin deklaratat p\u00ebrmbyll\u00ebse n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen gjyq\u00ebsore ndaj Hashim Tha\u00e7it, Bashkim Smakajt, Isni Kilajt, Fadil Fazliut dhe Hajredin Ku\u00e7it, lidhur me akuzat p\u00ebr vepra penale kund\u00ebr administrimit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.
