Ky ligj ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn ton\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr ish-udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb q\u00eb po gjykohen n\u00eb Hag\u00eb, ndaj t\u00eb cil\u00ebve n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptuar d\u00ebnim i papranuesh\u00ebm, i padrejt\u00eb dhe krejt\u00ebsisht politik. OVL U\u00c7K, u b\u00ebn thirrje t\u00eb gjitha partive parlamentare q\u00eb t\u00eb mos b\u00ebjn\u00eb politik\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj dhe t\u00eb mos e p\u00ebrdorin at\u00eb p\u00ebr interesat e tyre partiake. Sipas ekspert\u00ebve juridik\u00eb q\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtesin OVL-n\u00eb e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, ligji nuk ka asnj\u00eb penges\u00eb juridike dhe miratimi i tij varet vet\u00ebm nga vullneti politik\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagimin e OVL-U\u00c7K-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas k\u00ebsaj organizate, edhe p\u00ebrfshirja e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes s\u00eb faljes p\u00ebr krime lufte po cil\u00ebsohet gabimisht si antikushtetuese, sepse edhe ligji ekzistues p\u00ebr Dhomat e Specializuara, shprehimisht e rregullon \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e faljes dhe t\u00eb zbutjes s\u00eb d\u00ebnimit, duke ia l\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kompetenc\u00eb direkt Kryetares s\u00eb Dhomave t\u00eb Specializuara, Ekaterina Trendafilova.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOVL U\u00c7K, vler\u00ebson se tani kur shumica e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar gatishm\u00ebri e vullnet t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ta votuar k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj, propozimet p\u00ebr dispozita t\u00eb reja nuk duhet t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si arsye p\u00ebr zvarritjen apo pengimin e procesit.<\/p>\n<p>OVL U\u00c7K, u b\u00ebn thirrje t\u00eb gjitha partive politike q\u00eb, n\u00eb rast se ligji rikthehet n\u00eb Kuvend, plot\u00ebsimet dhe ndryshimet e nevojshme t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pa vonesa dhe t\u00eb miratohen me procedur\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, OVL U\u00c7K paralajm\u00ebron p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin e veprimeve dhe protestave n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb veteran\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb luft\u00ebs son\u00eb \u00e7lirimtare\u201d, thuhet n\u00eb reagim.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin:30px 0\"\/>\n<p style=\"font-size:13px;color:#666\">Burimi: <strong>mesazhi<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OVL-U\u00c7K ka reaguar ndaj kthimit n\u00eb Kuvend n\u00eb rishqyrtim t\u00eb Ligjit p\u00ebr Specialen nga presidentja Justina Shiroka-Pula, pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb.
