P\u00ebrcaktimi sasior i doz\u00ebs s\u00eb rrezatimit, q\u00eb vepron mbi organizmat e gjalla, sh\u00ebrben p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar rrezikun, q\u00eb kjo doz\u00eb shkakton n\u00eb organiz\u00ebm.<br \/>\nP\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar d\u00ebmtimet vendosen disa kufij, q\u00eb konsiderohen si pragje, q\u00eb n\u00eb asnj\u00eb rast nuk duhet t\u00eb tejkalohen. P\u00ebr matjen e dozave t\u00eb rrezatimeve p\u00ebrdoren aparatura, ose metoda t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb cilat verifikohen periodikisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar sakt\u00ebsin\u00eb e matjes. Njohja e dozimetris\u00eb s\u00eb pacient\u00ebve dhe metodat e marrjes s\u00eb dozave t\u00eb tyre, gjithashtu evidentimi i masave mbrojt\u00ebse p\u00ebr personelin dhe rekomandimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur doza sa m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb trinomit pacient, staf dhe publik, jepen nga RPO n\u00eb QSUT nga viti 2006.<br \/>\nRrezet Rontgen, ose rrezet X jan\u00eb zbuluar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1895 nga Wilhelm Conrad Rontgen dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye mbajn\u00eb emrin e tij.<br \/>\nRrezatimi X \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb e rrezatimit jonizues. Rrezet X jan\u00eb val\u00eb elektromagnetike t\u00eb padukshme me energji dhe frekuenc\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Imazheria radiologjike mb\u00ebshtetet n\u00eb faktin q\u00eb inde t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb organizmit i dob\u00ebsojn\u00eb, apo i p\u00ebrthithin rrezet X n\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb ndryshme, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrjes s\u00eb tyre. Kur nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb homogjene rrezesh X p\u00ebrshkon trupin e njeriut, tufa q\u00eb del nga trupi \u00ebsht\u00eb johomogjene. Ajo pasqyron trajt\u00ebn dhe llojin e indeve, q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrshkuar. K\u00ebto informacione, q\u00eb quhen \u201cimazh rrezatues\u201d, mund t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nj\u00eb imazh, duke p\u00ebrdorur marr\u00ebsa t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb imazheri dob\u00ebsimi, e cila p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet kryesisht nga radiografia standarde, skanografia dhe radiologjia numerike me zbritje. Marrja e k\u00ebtyre imazheve realizohet me dh\u00ebnien t\u00eb nj\u00eb sasie rrezatimi n\u00eb trupin e pacientit dhe t\u00eb personelit. Sipas parimeve t\u00eb mbrojtjes nga rrezatimi, ky rrezatim duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrligjet gjithmon\u00eb nga ana e mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb sipas parimit ALARA. Ashtu si \u00e7do teknik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr imazhimi edhe kjo teknik\u00eb ka evoluar dhe ka ardhur duke u p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar me kalimin e viteve, por d\u00ebmet stokastike, apo deterministike, q\u00eb shkakton rrezatimi X n\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i kontrolluar dhe monitoruar, nuk kan\u00eb ndryshuar.<br \/>\nDisa k\u00ebshilla p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e pacient\u00ebve nga rrezatimi:<br \/>\n\u2013 T\u00eb mos kryhet ekzaminimi radiologjik pa pasur rekomandimin nga mjeku specialist pasi d\u00ebmtohen.<br \/>\n\u2013 T\u00eb kufizohen ekzaminimet radiologjike t\u00eb femrave n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb aktivitetit gjenital gjat\u00eb 10 dit\u00ebve q\u00eb pasojn\u00eb periodat. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shmanget rreziku i rrezatimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shtatz\u00ebnie fillestare.<br \/>\n\u2013 T\u00eb kufizohet fusha e rrezatimit n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e duhur.<br \/>\n\u2013 Radioskopia me p\u00ebrforcues t\u00eb shk\u00eblqimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret me perioda t\u00eb shkurtra, duke nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb tuf\u00ebn gjat\u00eb zhvendosjeve t\u00eb pacientit, ose burimit.<br \/>\n\u2013 T\u00eb kontrollohet rregullisht cil\u00ebsia e aparatur\u00ebs nga pik\u00ebpamja dozimetrike.<br \/>\nP\u00ebrve\u00e7 pacientit, q\u00eb duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb balanc\u00eb rrezikun nga rrezatimi dhe gjendjen e tij sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb ekzaminohet, pjesa tjet\u00ebr e njer\u00ebzve, q\u00eb punojn\u00eb aty, duhet t\u00eb marrin masat e nevojshme p\u00ebr tu mbrojtur. Mbrojtja e personelit b\u00ebhet duke e ndar\u00eb dhom\u00ebn, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur skaneri, nga dhoma e panelit t\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb skanerit me nj\u00eb xham plumbi.<br \/>\nDisa k,shilla p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e personelit nga rrezatimi:<br \/>\n\u2013 Komandim n\u00eb larg\u00ebsi i aparatur\u00ebs (pas nj\u00eb xhami prej plumbi).<br \/>\n\u2013 Mbajtje e detyrueshme e nj\u00eb dozimetri nga personeli, q\u00eb ekspozohet dhe q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kontrollohet \u00e7do 2 muaj.<br \/>\n\u2013 Bbajtja e p\u00ebrpar\u00ebses dhe dorezave prej plumbi n\u00eb rastet se q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pran\u00eb pacientit gjat\u00eb ekzaminimit radiologjik.<br \/>\n\u2013 T\u00eb kontrollohet rregullisht cil\u00ebsia e aparatur\u00ebs.<br \/>\nRrezatimi jonizues n\u00eb form\u00ebn e rrezeve X, q\u00eb vjen nga skanimi CT, ose IR, ka energji t\u00eb mjaftushme p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb direkte, ose indirekte ADN-n\u00eb. Her\u00eb pas here, k\u00ebto d\u00ebmtime t\u00eb ADN-s\u00eb nuk arrijn\u00eb t\u00eb rekuperohen nga mekanizmat riparues t\u00eb qeliz\u00ebs.
