Qeveria e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ka miratuar propozimin p\u00ebr ndryshimin e normave t\u00eb akciz\u00ebs p\u00ebr duhan, loj\u00ebrat e fatit dhe fishekzjarr\u00ebt, t\u00eb propozuar sot nga ministri i Financave Avdullah Hoti.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Duke par\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn e harmonizimit me direktivat e BE-s\u00eb, si dhe me normat tatimore me vendet n\u00eb rajon, Ministri i Financave ka propozuar ndryshimin e normave t\u00eb akciz\u00ebs t\u00eb aplikueshme n\u00eb disa produkte n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, ndryshimet t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb propozuar jan\u00eb si n\u00eb vijim, ngritja e akciz\u00ebs n\u00eb duhan nga 35\u20ac\/1000 cop\u00eb n\u00eb 38\u20ac\/1000 cop\u00eb, ngritja e akciz\u00ebs me norm\u00eb prej 40% n\u00eb aparatet\/makinat q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn n\u00eb loj\u00ebrat e fatit si dhe vendosja e akciz\u00ebs prej 2\u20ac p\u00ebr kg n\u00eb fishekzjarr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kjo ka ndodhur edhe p\u00ebr shkak se \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb parasysh q\u00eb buxheti i vitit 2015 i aprovuar n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit ka qen\u00eb i zotuar n\u00eb mas\u00eb prej mbi 90% dhe hap\u00ebsira p\u00ebr shkurtime me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb ruajtjes s\u00eb rregull\u00ebs fiskale ka qen\u00eb e kufizuar.
