Ai tha se as Kushtetuta, as Rregullorja e Pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Kuvendit nuk e kufizojn\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e riprocedimit t\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit amandament n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cArsyeja e riprocedimit t\u00eb amandamenteve nd\u00ebrlidhet ve\u00e7mas me p\u00ebrmbushjen e obligimeve t\u00eb cilat i kamarr\u00eb Kosova me Ligjin p\u00ebr ratifikimin e letr\u00ebs s\u00eb presidentes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs me baronesh\u00ebn Ashton, t\u00eb aprovuar me votat e dy t\u00eb tretave t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ne jemi t\u00eb detyruar t\u2019i zbatojm\u00eb ligjet t\u00eb cilat i aprovon Kuvendi, nd\u00ebrkaq Kosova duhet t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse dhe e zonja t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush zotimet e saj para komunitetin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, t\u00eb cilat zotime jan\u00eb ratifikuar me ligj\u201d, tha Mustafa.<\/p>\n<p>Mustafa tha se p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij riprocedimi Kosova demonstron n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktimin p\u00ebr rend e ligj dhe p\u00ebr arritjen e standardeve t\u00eb larta per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRiprocedimi dhe vendimi n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebr k\u00ebto amandamente kushtetuese, e ruan sovranitetin e Kosov\u00ebs, sepse institucionet e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb ato q\u00eb marrin rolin dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb till\u00eb. P\u00ebr neve do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e d\u00ebmshme dhe e papranueshme q\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb vendoset mbi baz\u00ebn e Rezolut\u00ebs 1244\u201d, theksoi Mustafa.<\/p>\n<p>Riprocedimin e amandamentit 24 n\u00eb Kuvend, edhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri Hashim Tha\u00e7i e vler\u00ebsoi si shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i largoj\u00eb ndasit\u00eb politike. P\u00ebrkundrazi, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt shtet\u00ebrore, dhe duhet t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb t\u00eb favorshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen euroatlantike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, u shpreh Tha\u00e7i.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri Isa Mustafa k\u00ebrkoi nga Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs q\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt ta th\u00ebrras seanc\u00ebn p\u00ebr aprovimin e amandamentit q\u00eb i hap\u00eb rrug\u00eb themelimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs Speciale.
