Kjo nuk ka ndodhur vet\u00ebm me historin\u00eb ton\u00eb, sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri e p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebr mbar\u00eb rruzullin.<\/p>\n<p>Po identifikimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim k\u00ebrkohen njohuri t\u00eb gjithanshme, me nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb morin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzve, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, t\u00eb ve\u00e7ohen personalitetet t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, me pun\u00ebn dhe me vepr\u00ebn e tyre, kan\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb orientuese p\u00ebr brezat. P\u00ebr t\u00eb till\u00ebt k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb vendin dhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur dhe q\u00eb, me veprimet a mosveprimet e tyre, t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb n\u00eb fatet e njer\u00ebzimit, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb pas emrin e tyre n\u00eb ngjarjet historike.<\/p>\n<p>Historia me plot t\u00eb drejt\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sken\u00eb e madhe, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shfaqen fatet e ndryshme t\u00eb popujve, ndodhin luft\u00ebra t\u00eb ndryshme, fitore ose dhe humbje tragjike. Edhe tragjedi t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kronike e her\u00eb-her\u00eb edhe kronologjike.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sken\u00eb hyjn\u00eb dhe luajn\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e tyre, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi nga rrethanat e koh\u00ebs aktor\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj, q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb rrezatojn\u00eb edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite nga thell\u00ebsit\u00eb e koh\u00ebve, po edhe aktor\u00eb t\u00eb harruar, aktor\u00eb dyt\u00ebsor\u00eb n\u00eb dukje, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk realizohet drama historike.<\/p>\n<p>E, ndoshta ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit, ashtu modest\u00eb si\u00e7 hyjn\u00eb, ashtu edhe dalin, dhe do t\u00eb duhej di\u00e7ka e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, nj\u00eb fakt i vog\u00ebl p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar nj\u00eb moment tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb path\u00ebn\u00eb lidhur me ta.<\/p>\n<p>Pothuajse si n\u00eb \u00e7do vend t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, nj\u00ebsoj ka ndodhur edhe n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, dhe n\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb caktuara gjat\u00eb Rilindjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti.<\/p>\n<p>Ishin nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb faktor\u00ebsh t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm e t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ndikuan q\u00eb historia e shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb krijonte data t\u00eb caktuara. N\u00eb morin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre faktor\u00ebve nuk duhet injoruar faktori njeri dhe brenda tij individ\u00ebt me emra t\u00eb p\u00ebrve\u00e7\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Historia ka p\u00ebrmendur, ka studiuar dhe ka p\u00ebrkujtuar me shum\u00eb nderim shum\u00eb nga figurat historike, t\u00eb cilat q\u00ebndruan t\u00eb patundur n\u00eb shum\u00eb ngjarje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, si bie fjala n\u00eb Kryengritjet e viteve 1908-1912. N\u00eb k\u00ebto ngjarje ndoshta ekzistonte edhe ndonj\u00eb moment shpirt\u00ebror, i cili lidhej me figurat e ulemave a prift\u00ebrinjve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Ishin edhe ata q\u00eb dit\u00ebn t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin pran\u00eb shum\u00eb figurave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha intelektuale dhe luft\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pati shum\u00eb figura t\u00eb ulemave shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb asaj kohe, q\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsye a nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, pothuaj ishin fshir\u00eb krejt\u00ebsisht nga faqet e historis\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht se mungesa e nj\u00eb cop\u00ebze n\u00eb mozaikun e madh t\u00eb historis\u00eb son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare e b\u00ebn ngjarjen historike t\u00eb paplot\u00eb. Jan\u00eb k\u00ebto aspekte, ndoshta t\u00eb vogla n\u00eb dukje, po q\u00eb mund t\u00eb bashkohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar q\u00eb pamja t\u00eb qart\u00ebsohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por cili ishte roli i ulemave shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb vlugun e k\u00ebtyre ngjarjeve tragjike p\u00ebr popullin ton\u00eb? Pa m\u00ebdyshje, ajo q\u00eb shohim n\u00eb dokumentet e koh\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb literatur\u00ebn e shfletuar deri m\u00eb tani, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me at\u00eb q\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantuar n\u00eb literatur\u00eb deri m\u00eb sot , sepse ulemaja n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi pat\u00ebn t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin fat me popullin, n\u00eb viset ku jetonin e vepronin dhe u b\u00ebn\u00eb krahu i djatht\u00eb i prij\u00ebsve t\u00eb kryengritjeve, sikur ishin Idriz Seferi e Isa Boletini. Nga t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb till\u00eb qen\u00eb: Mulla Sinan Maxhera , Halim Ahmeti (Mulla Halimi) , Mulla Idrizi , Rrystem ef. Shporta , Mulla Rasim Zapodi , Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti , Musa Sheh Zade , Sheh Hasani i Prizrenit , hafiz Ymer Guta , Hasan ef. Shllaku etj. Po japim n\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr disa nga k\u00ebto personalitete q\u00eb u p\u00ebrmend\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Mulla Sinan Maxhera <\/p>\n<p>Ishte nga luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt m\u00eb besnik\u00eb t\u00eb Idriz Seferit deri m\u00eb 1910, kur edhe do ta varnin xhonturqit n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik. Ndon\u00ebse i takonte radh\u00ebs s\u00eb ulemave, ai do t\u00eb binte her\u00ebt n\u00eb kontakt me patriot\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u ushqyer e rritur me ndjenja patriotike. Ishte shum\u00eb i af\u00ebrt me Idriz Seferin, saq\u00eb thuhej se ishte edhe nj\u00ebri nga sekretar\u00ebt personal\u00eb jozyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Mulla Sinan Maxhera lindi n\u00eb fshatin Maxher\u00eb t\u00eb Karadakut t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1863, nga e \u00ebma Ajetja dhe nga babai Bilalli. Rridhte nga nj\u00eb familje me tradita patriotike. M\u00ebsimet e para i mori te hoxha i fshatit, nd\u00ebrsa medresen\u00eb e mesme e mbaroi n\u00eb Shkup, p\u00ebr ta vazhduar m\u00eb von\u00eb Fakultetin e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Stamboll. Si ushtar i Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb kund\u00ebr ushtris\u00eb greke, ku qe plagosur. Ka punuar si hoxh\u00eb, n\u00eb fshatrat Caravajk\u00eb, Pogragj\u00eb e Dob\u00ebr\u00e7an, dhe aty, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 l\u00ebnd\u00ebve fetare, u mbante edhe ligj\u00ebrata me karakter komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>Meq\u00eb g\u00ebzonte autoritet n\u00eb popull, mulla Sinani luajti nj\u00eb rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb pajtimin e gjaqeve dhe n\u00eb zhdukjen e hakmarrjes. Mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e prillit t\u00eb vitit 1910, p\u00ebrkrah Idriz Seferit. P\u00ebr trim\u00ebrin\u00eb e treguar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kryengritje, populli i thuri edhe k\u00ebng\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>Ky Kostarni ve\u00e7 po dridhet<br \/>\nHoxh\u00eb Sinani nuk po lidhet,<br \/>\nSinan hoxha len Kuranin<br \/>\nKa marr pushk\u00ebn dhe xhamadanin .<\/p>\n<p>Pas shuarjes s\u00eb kryengritjes, pushteti xhonturk do t\u00eb organizonte ekspedita nd\u00ebshkuese kund\u00ebr kryengrit\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb mulla Sinani do t\u00eb arrestohej e t\u00eb burgosej n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik. Gjykata ushtarake xhonturke, s\u00eb bashku me 6 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, do ta d\u00ebnonte me vdekje. Mulla Sinani u var n\u00eb Ka\u00e7anik m\u00eb 7 korrik 1910 dhe u varros n\u00eb varrezat e vjetra t\u00eb k\u00ebtij qyteti. Kat\u00ebr muaj pas vdekjes s\u00eb mulla Sinanit, gruas s\u00eb tij i lindi nj\u00eb djal\u00eb, t\u00eb cilit i dhan\u00eb emrin Sinan.<\/p>\n<p>Halim Ahmeti (Mulla Halimi) <\/p>\n<p>U lind n\u00eb fshatin C\u00ebrnic\u00eb. Rridhte nga nj\u00eb familje me tradita fetare e komb\u00ebtare. Babai i tij, mulla Ahmeti, dhe axha i tij, Mulla Memishi, ishin njer\u00ebz p\u00ebrparimtar\u00eb t\u00eb asaj ane.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse hoxh\u00eb dhe i biri i hoxh\u00ebs, mulla Halimi ishte nj\u00ebri nga luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt m\u00eb besnik\u00eb t\u00eb Idriz Seferit, dhe pati dh\u00ebn\u00eb prova si nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar i vendosur i pushtetit turk, si n\u00eb predikime, ashtu edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e betej\u00ebs.<br \/>\nAi, s\u00eb bashku me disa t\u00eb af\u00ebrm t\u00eb tij, do t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Kryengritjen e Ka\u00e7anikut t\u00eb vitit 1910.<\/p>\n<p>Disa dit\u00eb pas betej\u00ebs, ishte z\u00ebn\u00eb e burgosur dhe, si kund\u00ebrshtar i z\u00ebsh\u00ebm i pushtetit xhonturk, ishte d\u00ebnuar me tet\u00eb vjet burg. N\u00eb burg thuhet se u ishte n\u00ebnshtruar torturave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. N\u00eb ato an\u00eb ishte i njohur si Mulla Halimi dhe ishte mik sht\u00ebpie i nj\u00ebrit prej patriot\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb asaj ane, Islam Pir\u00ebs. Vdiq m\u00eb 1942.<\/p>\n<p>Mulla Halimi, me ndjenja fetare e komb\u00ebtare ushqeu jo vet\u00ebm vetveten, po k\u00ebt\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb e p\u00ebrcolli edhe tek pasardh\u00ebsit e tij. K\u00ebshtu, pasardh\u00ebsit e tij, duke i ruajtur me fanatiz\u00ebm k\u00ebshillat dhe urt\u00ebsit\u00eb e mulla Halimit, q\u00ebndruan nj\u00eb shekull n\u00ebp\u00ebr burgjet e pushtuesve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb etnike, pa u pajtuar asnj\u00ebher\u00eb me rob\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Mulla Idrizi <\/p>\n<p>Lindi n\u00eb fshatin Caravajk\u00eb, jo larg Preshev\u00ebs. Rridhte nga nj\u00eb familje patriotike. Babai i tij, Aliu, qysh her\u00ebt edukoi t\u00eb birin n\u00eb frym\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare, nj\u00eb edukat\u00eb q\u00eb mulla Idrizi do ta thellonte edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb duke u munduar q\u00eb edukat\u00ebn e fituar nga prind\u00ebrit t\u2019ua p\u00ebrcillte edhe brezave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb dhe ta p\u00ebrhapte n\u00eb nj\u00eb rreth sa m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Njihet si nj\u00ebri nga sekretar\u00ebt e Idriz Seferit.<\/p>\n<p>Mulla Idrizi, jo vet\u00ebn n\u00eb kryengritjen e viti 1910 t\u00eb Ka\u00e7anikut, ku mori pjes\u00eb, por ai edhe n\u00eb vitin 1915-1916, q\u00ebndroi pran\u00eb Idriz Seferit, kur, gjat\u00eb sundimit bullgar ishte kryetar komune n\u00eb Zheg\u00ebr, dhe ishte prej atyre burrave q\u00eb ndezi luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr ushtar\u00ebve bullgar\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebn e komun\u00ebs dhe luftoi kund\u00ebr tyre. M\u00eb von\u00eb, duke iu shmangur ndjekjes s\u00eb regjimit, qe shp\u00ebrngulur n\u00eb fshatin Llopat\u00eb dhe prej aty, s\u00eb bashku me familjen, m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb Turqi.<\/p>\n<p>Musa Shehzade (1870-1946) <\/p>\n<p>Musa Shehzade u lind n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb n\u00eb viti 1870. Ishte i biri i sheh Hysenit. M\u00ebsimet fillestare i mori n\u00eb vendlindje, n\u00eb Prizren, e m\u00eb von\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Stamboll.<\/p>\n<p>Babai i tij kishte lindur n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe, pas mbarimit t\u00eb studimeve n\u00eb Stamboll, n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb kishte nd\u00ebrtuar Teqen\u00eb e Madhe, kurse n\u00eb Prizren Teqen\u00eb Marash-Hisar.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo teqe luajti gjithnj\u00eb nj\u00eb rol konstruktiv karshi \u00e7\u00ebshtjes son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb teqen\u00eb e Prizrenit ishin mbajtur edhe shum\u00eb takime nga krer\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit, delegat\u00ebt e Shkodr\u00ebs, por edhe t\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb, ishin pritur e p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb nga kryesuesi i k\u00ebsaj teqeje sheh Hyseni.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar, si Lidhja e Prizrenit, n\u00eb k\u00ebto skena t\u00eb mikpritjes dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljes s\u00eb nacionalist\u00ebve nga paraardh\u00ebsit e tij, do t\u00eb rritej e edukohej edhe Musa Shehzade, natyrisht se skenat e tilla si, d\u00ebgjimi i fjal\u00ebve me pesh\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare nga burrat q\u00eb po hynin dhe po dilnin n\u00eb od\u00ebn e tyre, lan\u00eb mbresa t\u00eb thella te ky personalitet, i cili n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij nuk do t\u00eb largohej asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nga k\u00ebto parime. Rrethanat dhe vendi ku u rrit Musa Shehzade, i mund\u00ebsuan qysh her\u00ebt t\u00eb pajisej me nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb komb\u00ebtare dhe fetare.<\/p>\n<p>Ishte nj\u00eb burr\u00eb me nj\u00eb kultur\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe, si njoh\u00ebs i mir\u00eb i parimeve islame q\u00eb ishte, ai, edhe pse i ri, do t\u00eb em\u00ebrohej nakib (z\u00ebvend\u00ebs i shehut).<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsimet fetare dhe komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb kishte marr\u00eb nga paraardh\u00ebsit, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i harronte, p\u00ebrkundrazi ai do t\u2019i kultivonte edhe m\u00eb tutje duke zhvilluar nj\u00eb veprimtari t\u00eb shumanshme: fetare, shoq\u00ebrore-humanitare dhe p\u00ebrreth 40 vjet do t\u00eb zhvillonte aktivitete t\u00eb ndryshme politike, n\u00eb dobi t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe nj\u00ebri nga personalitetet m\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00eb n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare gjat\u00eb gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shek. XX .<br \/>\nIshte deputet n\u00eb Parlamentin e fundit osman dhe shum\u00eb aktiv n\u00eb mbrojtjen e interesave komb\u00ebtare, ishte edhe nj\u00ebri nga p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebsit e alfabetit latin t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe. Ishte shum\u00eb aktiv edhe gjat\u00eb vitit 1912; nuk pushoi asnj\u00ebher\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me shok\u00ebt e tij, duke u d\u00ebrguar letra konsujve per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, q\u00eb ushtronin misionet e tyre n\u00ebp\u00ebr qendra t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb vilajeteve shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb marrjen hov t\u00eb kryengritjeve n\u00ebp\u00ebr Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1912 dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb informacione sa m\u00eb t\u00eb plota p\u00ebr rrjedhjen e kryengritjes, Ismail Qemali do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgonte n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb sekretarin e tij personal, t\u00eb njohur me emrin Sali Hida , bashk\u00eb me dy burra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, Niman Syl\u00ebn e Zeqir Halitin, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb sh\u00ebtisnin anemban\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn dhe, n\u00eb vitin 1912, ai do t\u2019i d\u00ebrgonte nj\u00eb let\u00ebr Ismail Qemalit, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrim t\u00eb gjendjes q\u00eb mbizot\u00ebronte n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe n\u00eb rajonet e tjera shqiptare. N\u00eb mes t\u00eb tjerash, do t\u00eb shkruante:<br \/>\n\u201c\u2026Kudo g\u00ebzonim nj\u00eb mir\u00ebpritje, por ishte edhe nj\u00eb favor q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebhej mua si hoxha i Ismail Qemal beut \u2026 T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen doli kushtrimi, i cili u fillua n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes mbas nj\u00eb lutje fetare (dua N.A.) q\u00eb e k\u00ebndova n\u00eb oborrin e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb Sadik Ram\u00ebs , ku pat\u00ebm bujt\u00eb mbr\u00ebm\u00eb\u2026., N\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb ku bujt\u00ebm ne, pati edhe kat\u00ebr hoxh\u00eb. Erdhi koha e t\u00eb falunit. E m\u00eb zgjodh\u00ebn mua p\u00ebr imam. N\u00eb mbarim myezini nuk tha el-fatiha, por me t\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb vel-hamdulilahi rabilalemin, ai s\u2019u ndal?O pu, pu, \u00e7\u2019m\u00eb gjeti. Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebrpara kishin ardhur nga Prizreni n\u00eb konakun e Qerim Zymerit dhe ish-deputeti Jahja aga e Halim efendi Gostivari, q\u00eb kishin v\u00ebn\u00eb kandidatur\u00ebn p\u00ebr deputet\u00eb n\u00eb Gjakov\u00eb. Imami i Prizrenit, Haki efendiu, i internuari disa her\u00eb, dhe Musa efendiu\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1912, s\u00eb bashku me Musa Shehzaden dhe Jahja Dod\u00ebn, do t\u2019i prinin grupit t\u00eb kryengrit\u00ebsve t\u00eb Prizrenit prej 400 vetash, q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku edhe me kryengrit\u00ebsit e viseve t\u00eb tjera shqiptare, do t\u2019ia m\u00ebsynin Shkupit.<br \/>\nPas kapitullimit t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb jugosllave, n\u00eb prillin e vitit 1941, dy prij\u00ebsit komb\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe shpirt\u00ebror\u00eb t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb Prizren e rrethin\u00eb, po dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku edhe me shum\u00eb burra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb asaj ane, do ta merrnin pushtetin e Prizrenit.<\/p>\n<p>Me kapitullimin e Italis\u00eb fashiste, n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1943, dhe me inicimin e disa figurave t\u00eb njohura nacionaliste si Xhafer Deva, Musa Sehzade etj. Dhe, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb gjendjes s\u00eb pafavorshme t\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar, n\u00eb Prizren n\u00eb shtator t\u00eb vitit 1943 do t\u00eb formohej Komiteti organizativ, i cili do t\u00eb shqyrtonte gjendjen e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb krijuar n\u00eb vend, dhe masat q\u00eb duheshin marr\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 16 shtator do t\u2019i hapte punimet Kuvendi themelues i Lidhjes s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Prizrenit, dhe aty Musa Shehzade do t\u00eb mbante fjal\u00ebn e hapjes, dhe po ai do ta z\u00ebvend\u00ebsonte Rexhep Mitrovic\u00ebn, si udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i Komitetit t\u00eb Lidhjes s\u00eb Dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Prizrenit nga 26 shtatori 1943 deri n\u00eb tetor t\u00eb vitit 1943, detyr\u00eb q\u00eb do ta kryente me sukses dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb plot\u00eb, dhe, kur udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs i Lidhjes do t\u00eb caktohej nj\u00ebz\u00ebri Xhafer Deva, Musa Shehzade do t\u00eb kryente detyr\u00ebn e an\u00ebtarit t\u00eb k\u00ebtij komiteti dhe ishte nj\u00ebri nga pjes\u00ebtar\u00ebt m\u00eb aktiv\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Komitet.<\/p>\n<p>Me riokupimin e Kosov\u00ebs nga komunist\u00ebt, kur edhe do t\u00eb fillonte p\u00ebrndjekja e eg\u00ebr e nacionalist\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, n\u00eb mesin e atyre q\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e zez\u00eb t\u00eb komunist\u00ebve, ishte edhe Musa Shehzade. Edhe pse nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i nacionalist\u00ebve nga Prizreni dhe rrethina do t\u00eb largoheshin p\u00ebr n\u00eb Greqi, si\u00e7 ishte grupi i nacionalistit t\u00eb njohur Muharrem Bajraktari nga Luma, k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb nuk pati mund\u00ebsi ta b\u00ebnte edhe Musa Shehzade dhe, kjo p\u00ebr t\u00eb vetmen arsye, sepse ishte i shtyr\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00eb dhe nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballonte nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim aq t\u00eb gjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb, ai do t\u00eb kalonte n\u00eb ilegalitet n\u00eb Prizren e rrethin\u00eb, ku do t\u00eb strehohej n\u00ebp\u00ebr miq e dashamir\u00ebs. P\u00ebr tet\u00eb muaj rresht kishte q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e Selman Bobajt n\u00eb Kabash t\u00eb Prizrenit, por n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 1946, komunist\u00ebt do t\u2019i binin n\u00eb gjurm\u00eb vendq\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb Musa Shehzades, dhe ai do t\u00eb arrestohej e do t\u00eb likuidohej. Ai u ekzekutua n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 76-vje\u00e7are, pa vendim t\u00eb gjyqit, n\u00eb gryk\u00ebn e Lumbardhit t\u00eb Prizrenit. As sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, me gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e shumanshme t\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij, varri i k\u00ebtij patrioti nuk dihet.<\/p>\n<p>Gjykata e Qarkut e Prizrenit, me vendimin R-nr.55\/ 46, dat\u00eb 04.02.1946, konfiskoi t\u00ebr\u00eb pasurin\u00eb e tij me \u201carsyetimin\u201d, si\u00e7 thuhej se ishte e \u201carmikut t\u00eb Popullit\u201d Musa Shehzade.<\/p>\n<p>Puna e tij, trim\u00ebria, bujaria etj., b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb edhe sot k\u00ebsaj dite n\u00eb trev\u00ebn e Prizrenit t\u00eb kujtohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb nga banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj treve.<\/p>\n<p>Puna e tij e palodhshme, kushtuar \u00e7\u00ebshtjes komb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti n\u00eb rajonin e Prizrenit, b\u00ebri q\u00eb strukturat komunale t\u00eb Prizrenit, pas Luft\u00ebs \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb vitit 1999, nj\u00eb rruge n\u00eb Prizren i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb emrin e Musa Shehzades.<\/p>\n<p>Mulla Rasim Zapodi (1867-1924) <\/p>\n<p>Rasim Selman Krasniqi \u2013 Zapodi lindi n\u00eb vitin 1867 n\u00eb fshatin Zapod t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb Lum\u00ebs. Rrjedh nga nj\u00eb familje me tradita patriotike. U rrit dhe u edukua n\u00eb nj\u00eb rreth t\u00eb gjer\u00eb patriot\u00ebsh e luft\u00ebtar\u00ebsh. Periudha kur u lind dhe u edukua Selam Zapodi, ishte shum\u00eb e r\u00ebnduar dhe me l\u00ebvizje t\u00eb ndryshme e trazira t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb po ndodhnin asokohe, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb krahinat e Lum\u00ebs, Opoj\u00ebs e Gor\u00ebs etj., por n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb. Perandoria Osmane, p\u00ebr t\u2019i arritur q\u00ebllimet e veta, p\u00ebrqendroi forca t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb krahinat e Lum\u00ebs e t\u00eb Gor\u00ebs. Gjat\u00eb viteve 1862-1864 Perandoria nd\u00ebrmori nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb p\u00ebr mbledhjen e taksave n\u00eb k\u00ebto an\u00eb, por nuk ia arriti q\u00ebllimit dhe hasi edhe n\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb nga popullata e k\u00ebtyre krahinave. N\u00eb k\u00ebto krahina, mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt b\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme p\u00ebrball\u00eb forcave t\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb, duke e kund\u00ebrshtuar me vendosm\u00ebri mbledhjen e taksave dhe kryerjen e sh\u00ebrbimit ushtarak jasht\u00eb vilajetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb i k\u00ebrkonte sulltan Abdyl Hamiti II.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb ato rrethana tejet t\u00eb tendosura p\u00ebr rajonin e Gor\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar, lindi, u edukua dhe u burr\u00ebrua Mulla Rasim Zapodi.<\/p>\n<p>Fillimet e m\u00ebsimit fetar islam i mori n\u00eb Medresen\u00eb e Prizrenit, e njohur p\u00ebr edukimin q\u00eb u ofronte brezave t\u00eb rinj, n\u00eb frym\u00ebn fetare e komb\u00ebtare, sepse aty ligj\u00ebronte edhe nj\u00eb prej figurave m\u00eb n\u00eb z\u00eb n\u00eb Lidhjen Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit, intelektuali e patrioti myderriz Ymer Prizreni.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb viteve sa q\u00ebndroi n\u00eb Prizren, Rasim Zapodi u njoh edhe me shum\u00eb shok\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb po p\u00ebrgatiteshin p\u00ebr hoxhallar\u00eb, q\u00eb me kontributin e tyre lan\u00eb em\u00ebr, sidomos n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn popullore t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane. T\u00eb till\u00eb ishin: Hoxh\u00eb Halla\u00e7i, Hoxh\u00eb Morina, Hoxh\u00eb Xheladini nga Dukagjini etj.<\/p>\n<p>Kur Rasim Zapodi doli n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb mejtepit, n\u00eb Prizren ndodhi nj\u00eb ngjarje tragjike, filloi lufta serbo-turke, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kishin marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb edhe shum\u00eb bajraqe nga Luma, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt qen\u00eb inkuadruar edhe bajraqe nga Gora, n\u00ebn udh\u00ebheqjen e Mulla Arif Krush\u00ebs, personalitet i d\u00ebgjuar i k\u00ebsaj ane. K\u00ebto luft\u00ebra do t\u00eb ishin edhe nj\u00eb ngjarje tjet\u00ebr tragjike p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, dhe p\u00ebr popullin e saj an\u00eb, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. Kjo tek Rasim Zapodi do t\u00eb linte gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb pashlyeshme n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb ngjarje tjet\u00ebr me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ishte edhe Lidhja Shqiptare e Prizrenit. K\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje mulla Rasimi do ta p\u00ebrjetonte nga af\u00ebr, sepse mu n\u00eb lokalet ku po merrte dije fetare islame n\u00eb Prizren, po i zhvillonte punimet Kuvendi i Lidhjes Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit m\u00eb 10 qershor t\u00eb vitit 1878, dhe aty jo vet\u00ebm do t\u00eb njihej me shum\u00eb figura t\u00eb d\u00ebshmuara t\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, por edhe do t\u00eb d\u00ebgjonte fjalimet e tyre, t\u00eb cilat asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i harronte deri n\u00eb vdekje.<\/p>\n<p>Me mbarimin e studimeve n\u00eb Medresen\u00eb e Prizrenit, do t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb fshatin e lindjes n\u00eb Zapod, ku, pas pushimeve, do t\u00eb nisen p\u00ebr n\u00eb Kavall\u00eb t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, p\u00ebr studime t\u00eb m\u00ebtutjeshme, s\u00eb bashku me Hoxh\u00eb Mehmetin dhe me shok\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin p\u00ebrfunduar Medresen\u00eb e Prizrenit. Me t\u2019u vendosur n\u00eb Kavall\u00eb, ku kishte disa t\u00eb af\u00ebrm t\u00eb tij, tek t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb gjente edhe mb\u00ebshtetjen materiale, Rasim Zapodi do t\u2019u rrekej m\u00ebsimeve-studimeve fetare, q\u00eb do t\u2019i p\u00ebrfundonte me sukses,s\u00eb bashku me Hoxh\u00eb Mehmetin.<\/p>\n<p>Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb studimeve t\u00eb larta n\u00eb Kavall\u00eb, do t\u00eb kthehejn\u00eb Lum\u00eb dhe n\u00eb vitin 1890 n\u00eb fshatin Lojme t\u00eb Lum\u00ebs, do t\u00eb hapte mejtepin dhe pas sh\u00ebrbimit dyvje\u00e7ar n\u00eb at\u00eb fshat, do t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb Zapod, n\u00eb fshatin e tij t\u00eb lindjes, ku do t\u00eb hapte mejtepin dhe, puna tjet\u00ebr me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi e tij, do t\u00eb ishte v\u00ebnia e kontakteve me personalitete t\u00eb shquara komb\u00ebtare shqiptar\u00ebt t\u00eb Lum\u00ebs, sikur ishin: Ramadan Zaskoci, Islam Spahiu, Hoxh\u00eb Bruti etj., dhe atyre, q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb nuk do t\u2019u ndahet asnj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb aksionet e ndryshme t\u00eb armatosura q\u00eb do t\u2019i nd\u00ebrmerrnin ato figura t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendura n\u00eb Lum\u00eb.<br \/>\nKryengritja n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmohej Rasim Zapodi me shok\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishte ajo e vitit 1912 n\u00eb Lum\u00eb. Rasim Zapodi, i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm se edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontribuonte, kushtrimit q\u00eb do t\u00eb jepej nga krer\u00ebt e saj ane, do t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjej duke marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrkrah Islam Spahis\u00eb, Ramadan Zaskocit, Sheh Hasanit e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Qendrat komanduese t\u00eb luft\u00ebs u vendos\u00ebn: 1. N\u00eb Llapushnik (Brezne) t\u00eb Opoj\u00ebs, me Qazim Lik\u00ebn n\u00eb krye; 2. N\u00eb Krum\u00eb t\u00eb Hasit, me Rexh\u00eb Ali Bajraktarin n\u00eb krye; 3. Nd\u00ebrsa K\u00ebshilli Qendror i Luft\u00ebs me Ramadan Zaskocin n\u00eb krye, u vendos n\u00eb Qaf\u00eb t\u00eb Kolesjanit, n\u00eb maj\u00ebn e quajtur Tabe, prej ku shihej qart\u00eb Rrafshi i Lum\u00ebs. P\u00ebr t\u00eb mos lejuar kalimin e trupave serbe matan\u00eb lumit, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb Drinit t\u00eb Bardh\u00eb, k\u00ebshilli i luft\u00ebs organizoi me koh\u00eb prita n\u00eb fshatrat: Shalqin, Domaj, Gjinaj, Brut, Ura e Vezirit\u2026 Prita t\u00eb tilla u ngrit\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb brigjet per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb Drinit t\u00eb Zi, si n\u00eb Kolsh, Mam\u00ebz, Surroj, Tejdrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto pozicione ishin forcat mbrojt\u00ebse shqiptare, kur m\u00eb 9 e 10 n\u00ebntor 1912, filluan operacionet e Armat\u00ebs III serbe n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Lum\u00ebs. Beteja e par\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjakshme n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e Lum\u00ebs u zhvillua n\u00eb Qaf\u00ebn e Zhurit dhe vijoi deri n\u00eb gryk\u00ebn e Morin\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lokalitet ushtria serbe p\u00ebr 2-3 dit\u00eb rresht p\u00ebsoi goditje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebbeteja shum\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb e t\u00eb plagosur dhe mjaft arm\u00eb. Pas k\u00ebtij d\u00ebshtimi, ushtria serbe, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb hakmarrjeje, n\u00eb fshatin Zhur mori peng 37 shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb pas i d\u00ebrgoi n\u00eb Prizren, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ushtrohej presion n\u00eb popull, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e p\u00ebrkrahur edhe m\u00eb tutje q\u00ebndres\u00ebn e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kulmin e q\u00ebndres\u00ebs p\u00ebr vdekje a liri, K\u00ebshilli Komandues i Luft\u00ebs, i cili p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga Ramadan Zaskoci, Islam Spahia, Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, Elez Isufi, Ramadan \u00c7eku, Ramadan Kova\u00e7i, Kadri Shahini, Jemin Gjana etj., sipas vendimeve t\u00eb marra n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje m\u00eb 17 n\u00ebntor 1912, nis\u00ebn operacionet godit\u00ebse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha frontet e luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Mal\u00ebsor\u00ebt lumjan\u00eb, t\u00eb ngujuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr kullat e fshatrave Nang\u00eb, Gostil, Shtiq\u00ebn, P\u00ebrbreg dhe n\u00eb shpatet lindore t\u00eb Gjallic\u00ebs e Koretnikut (Pikllim\u00ebs) si dhe n\u00eb brigjet e t\u00eb dy Drinave (t\u00eb Ziut e t\u00eb Bardhit), e t\u00eb ngaz\u00ebllyer nga fitorja e bujshme e Qaf\u00ebs s\u00eb Kolesjanit, i sulmuan nga t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebt (lindje-per\u00ebndim) forcat e armikut dhe ato i ndoq\u00ebn k\u00ebmba-k\u00ebmb\u00ebs. Repartet ushtarake serbe u p\u00ebrpoq\u00ebn t\u00eb rigrupoheshin e t\u00eb pozicionoheshin s\u00ebrish n\u00eb Kodr\u00ebn e Galip\u00ebs e n\u00eb Zbor t\u00eb Nang\u00ebve, por k\u00ebto p\u00ebrpjekje gjithashtu d\u00ebshtuan keq. Repartet shpartalluese serbe, pasi humb\u00ebn edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00ebbetej\u00eb qindra ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, braktis\u00ebn edhe vij\u00ebn mbrojt\u00ebse Shtiq\u00ebn-Drini i Zi.<\/p>\n<p>Luftimet p\u00ebrfundimtare u zhvilluan n\u00eb brigjet e lumenjve Drini i Bardh\u00eb \u2013 Drini i Zi, nd\u00ebrsa ato m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshmet n\u00eb Kull\u00eb Lum\u00eb. K\u00ebtu iu dha grushti p\u00ebrfundimtar forcave pushtuese serbe, t\u00eb cilat, pas kapitullimit, u t\u00ebrhoq\u00ebn nga Luma n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Prizrenit. Sipas disa burimeve arkivore dhe k\u00ebng\u00ebve popullore, d\u00ebshmohet se n\u00eb Betej\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjakshme t\u00eb Lum\u00ebs (14-18 n\u00ebntor 1912) pat\u00ebn l\u00ebn\u00eb eshtrat 12 mij\u00eb ushtar\u00eb serb\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse flitet edhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, 16-18 mij\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb m\u00ebngjesin e 18 n\u00ebntorit 1912 mori fund beteja e Lum\u00ebs, ku forcat shqiptare triumfuan kund\u00ebr Armat\u00ebs III serbe, n\u00eb Manastir zhvillohej nj\u00eb betej\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmjet forcave shqiptare dhe reparteve t\u00eb armat\u00ebs I serbe, q\u00eb n\u00eb histori njihet si Beteja e Manastirit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb se Beteja e Lum\u00ebs, Beteja e Manastirit, si dhe q\u00ebndresa shqiptare n\u00eb veri (Shkod\u00ebr) dhe n\u00eb jug (Janin\u00eb), kan\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe historike p\u00ebr faktin se, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb a n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, mund\u00ebsuan mbajtjen e Kuvendit Komb\u00ebtar m\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntor 1912 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku u shpall Pavar\u00ebsia e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebtyre ngjarjeve Rasim Zapodi do t\u00eb kalonte n\u00eb ilegalitet, dhe do t\u00eb vendosej n\u00eb Stamboll, por n\u00eb vitin 1916 do t\u00eb kthehej s\u00ebrish nga Stambolli n\u00eb vendlindje, ku do t\u00eb gjente gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar nga pasuria e tij, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kishte l\u00ebn\u00eb para disa vitesh.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse n\u00eb kushte tejet t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, Rasim Zapodi do ta vazhdonte jet\u00ebn, do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente si hoxh\u00eb i fshatit, kurse po at\u00eb vit, m\u00eb 1916, do t\u00eb zgjidhej edhe kryemyfti p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha fshatrat e Gor\u00ebs, detyr\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do ta kryente deri n\u00eb vdekje, m\u00eb 1924.<\/p>\n<p>Rasim Zapodin, k\u00ebt\u00eb personalitet lumjan, p\u00ebr b\u00ebmat e tij, populli i Lum\u00ebs edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite e kujton me respekt e pietet t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ai, pavar\u00ebsisht nga katrahurat n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kaloi, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk u p\u00ebrkul para pushtuesve, po gjithmon\u00eb q\u00ebndroi i fort\u00eb dhe i pal\u00ebkundur n\u00eb parimet e tij fetare e komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsimet q\u00eb i mori n\u00eb Medresen\u00eb e Prizrenit te myderrizi i njohur Ymer Prizreni, dhe ngjarjet e ndryshme politike q\u00eb u zhvilluan n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, pa dyshim, kishin l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij atdhetari shembullor.<\/p>\n<p>Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti (1867-1927) <\/p>\n<p>Mehmet Mustaf\u00eb Isufi, ose si\u00e7 njihet n\u00eb at\u00eb an\u00eb \u2013 Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, lindi n\u00eb vitin 1876 n\u00eb nj\u00eb familje patriotike dhe bujare t\u00eb lagjes s\u00eb shehler\u00ebve n\u00eb fshatin Shtiq\u00ebn t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs s\u00eb Lum\u00ebs. Kjo familje nd\u00ebr breza kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb edukuar n\u00eb frym\u00ebn fetare e komb\u00ebtare. Periudha kur lindi Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, ishte koha kur Perandoria Osmane kishte filluar t\u00eb zbatonte reformat e Tanzimatit, t\u00eb cilat jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb do ta sillnin fundin e Perandoris\u00eb Osmane, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht do t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoheshin nga popullata e Lum\u00ebs, do t\u00eb sh\u00ebnohen edhe kryengritje e aksione t\u00eb armatosura n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb an\u00eb, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i kund\u00ebrshtuar reformat q\u00eb e kishin sjell\u00eb popullin n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mjer\u00eb sociale e ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb, fati i Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti pothuajse ishte i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me at\u00eb t\u00eb mulla Rasim Zapodit, me t\u00eb cilin ishin shok\u00eb gjenerate n\u00eb Medresen\u00eb e Prizrenit, ishin nga e nj\u00ebjta krahin\u00eb dhe pothuajse kishin ideale t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, \u201cvatanin dhe imanin\u201d, prandaj t\u00ebr\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre do t\u2019ua kushtonin k\u00ebtyre dy fushave.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjarjet q\u00eb po zhvilloheshin n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb n\u00eb rajonin e Lum\u00ebs, po dhe n\u00eb viset e tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, si: reformat e Tanzimatit, Lidhja Shqiptare e Prizrenit, kryengritjet e ndryshme q\u00eb ndodh\u00ebn brenda asaj periudhe, pa m\u00ebdyshje do t\u00eb ndikonin n\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptimin e tij komb\u00ebtar. K\u00ebto ngjarje ai nuk do t\u2019i shlyente nga kujtesa e tij asnj\u00ebher\u00eb, por gjithnj\u00eb do t\u2019i ruante me fanatizmin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh dhe do t\u2019i transmetonte te gjeneratat e tjera.<\/p>\n<p>Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti ishte i interesuar p\u00ebr ta vazhduar shkollimin, sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb edhe prind\u00ebrit e tij kishin nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb flakt\u00eb p\u00ebr shkollimin e t\u00eb birit, por ishin kushtet jo t\u00eb mira ekonomike qe zot\u00ebronin n\u00eb familjen e tij ato q\u00eb e pengonin. Megjithat\u00eb, djalin e tyre do ta d\u00ebrgonin p\u00ebr shkollim n\u00eb Prizren, n\u00eb Medresen\u00eb e Prizrenit, ku, p\u00ebr fatin e tij t\u00eb mir\u00eb, familja e tij kishte shum\u00eb miq n\u00eb Prizren, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e mor\u00ebn p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr shkollimin e Hoxh\u00eb Mehmetit.<br \/>\nGjat\u00eb shkollimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb Prizren, p\u00ebrve\u00e7se do t\u00eb njihej me shum\u00eb shok\u00eb n\u00eb medrese, ky personalitet pati fatin ta jetonte dhe ta p\u00ebrjetonte nj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej ngjarjeve kulmore n\u00eb historiografin\u00eb shqiptare, Lidhjen Shqiptare t\u00eb Prizrenit, kuvendi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs u mbajt n\u00eb qytetin ku studionte Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, madje n\u00eb koh\u00ebn sa ishte ai n\u00eb studime. Kuvendi u mbajt mu n\u00eb vendin ku p\u00ebr \u00e7do dit\u00eb i ndiqte m\u00ebsimet Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, n\u00eb lokalet e Medreses\u00eb s\u00eb Mehmet Pash\u00ebs, kurse prej atyre q\u00eb mbajt\u00ebn pesh\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb k\u00ebtij tubimi, ishin pedagog\u00ebt e tij t\u00eb nderuar. Pa m\u00ebdyshje, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta indikator\u00eb, po dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ishin shtytja dhe treguesi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr formimin e personalitetit t\u00eb tij prej fetari dhe komb\u00ebtari t\u00eb dalluar, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb rajonin e Lum\u00ebs, po edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo ngjarje me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi i dha mund\u00ebsi Hoxh\u00eb Mehmetit q\u00eb t\u00eb takonte edhe delegat\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm nga t\u00eb gjitha vilajetet shqiptare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Kuvend. Prej tyre takoi edhe Ramadan Zaskocin, me t\u00eb cilin q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i nd\u00ebrpriste kontaktet.<\/p>\n<p>Pas mbarimit t\u00eb medreses\u00eb n\u00eb Prizren, si njeri i etur p\u00ebr dije, ai, pas disa muajsh pushimi n\u00eb vendlindjen e tij, n\u00eb Shtiq\u00ebn, s\u00eb bashku me Rasim Zapodin, do t\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb Kavall\u00eb t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, ku do t\u00eb regjistroheshin p\u00ebr studime t\u00eb m\u00ebtutjeshme n\u00eb dijen islame. Zelli i tyre i madh p\u00ebr dije do t\u00eb kuror\u00ebzohej n\u00eb vitin 1889, kur do t\u00eb diplomonte me sukses t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm. Pas mbarimit t\u00eb studimeve n\u00eb Kavall\u00eb t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, aty nga viti 1890, do t\u00eb kthehej n\u00eb fshatin e tij t\u00eb lindjes, n\u00eb Shtiq\u00ebn, ku do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbente si imam, detyr\u00eb q\u00eb do ta kryente me nd\u00ebrgjegjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Ai, krahas sh\u00ebrbimit si imam, do t\u00eb hapte edhe mejtepin n\u00eb Shtiq\u00ebn, ku do t\u00eb m\u00ebsonin lexim- shkrim nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i t\u00eb rinjve nga kjo an\u00eb. Thuhet se m\u00ebsues i par\u00eb i k\u00ebtij mejtepi ishte mulla Musa Zapodi, i cili n\u00eb vitin 1912, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb operacioni q\u00eb forcat serbe do ta merrnin n\u00eb Lum\u00eb, do t\u00eb vritej n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb mizore, nd\u00ebrsa mejtepit do t\u2019i vinin flak\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb em\u00ebrohej myfti i rajonit t\u00eb Lum\u00ebs.<br \/>\nEdhe pse n\u00eb poste t\u00eb ndryshme fetare si imam e myfti, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb ishte rasti q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej edhe pushka, ai u tregua i pap\u00ebrtuesh\u00ebm. Kjo u d\u00ebshmua m\u00eb s\u00eb miri n\u00eb luft\u00ebrat e lumjan\u00ebve kund\u00ebr Sali pash\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1893, pastaj kund\u00ebr Shemsi pash\u00ebs n\u00eb vitin 1904, t\u00eb cilin Porta e Lart\u00eb e kishte d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb rend e qet\u00ebsi n\u00eb Lum\u00eb, po, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb vinte qet\u00ebsi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e kishte menduar Shemsi pasha, ai do t\u00eb haste n\u00eb nj\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb t\u00eb armatosur nga lumjan\u00ebt, me Ramadan Zaskocin n\u00eb krye. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebto beteja ishte edhe Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti.<\/p>\n<p>Po namin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti e mori n\u00eb luftimet q\u00eb b\u00ebri bashk\u00eb me luft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb lumjan\u00eb n\u00eb rajonin e Lum\u00ebs. N\u00eb muajin maj 1909, kryengrit\u00ebsit lumjan\u00eb, t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr nga Ramadan Zaskoci, Islam Spahia e Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, me forca t\u00eb shumta sulmuan n\u00ebnprefektur\u00ebn osmane t\u00eb Lum\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kur Xhavit pasha kishte m\u00ebsyr\u00eb Lum\u00ebn, n\u00eb qershor 1909, kishte shpresuar se do ta rregullonte shum\u00eb shpejt pun\u00ebn me lumjan\u00ebt, sepse e kishte ndar\u00eb ushtrin\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje strategjike: nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e kishte nisur p\u00ebr Gjakov\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb Lum\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo rezistenca e organizuar mir\u00eb nga ana e lumjan\u00ebve do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte q\u00eb, me gjith\u00eb humbjet, t\u00eb zmbrapsnin forcat e Xhavit pash\u00ebs. Gjithashtu, lumjan\u00ebt n\u00eb \u00e7do kryengritje q\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohej n\u00eb truallin e tyre e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, do t\u00eb ishin aktiv\u00eb me pushk\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, e k\u00ebt\u00eb do ta d\u00ebshmonin edhe n\u00eb kryengritjen e vitit 1911 kund\u00ebr forcave t\u00eb Shefqet Turgut pash\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb ballafaqim tjet\u00ebr i armatosur i lumjan\u00ebve ishte ai i vitit 1912 me forcat serbe, kur kryengrit\u00ebsit lumjan\u00eb, posa ishin kthyer nga Shkupi, ku kishin marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7lirimin e tij s\u00eb bashku me forcat e tjera kryengrit\u00ebse t\u00eb vilajetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Nj\u00ebri prej atyre q\u00eb kontribuuan n\u00eb betej\u00ebn e zhvilluar n\u00eb Lum\u00eb, ishte edhe Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti. Kjo mund t\u00eb konstatohet m\u00eb s\u00eb miri edhe n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb literatur\u00ebs historiografike q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr at\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr Lum\u00ebn .<\/p>\n<p>Kur m\u00eb 9 e 10 n\u00ebntor 1912 filluan operacionet e Armat\u00ebs III serbe n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Lum\u00ebs, beteja e par\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjakshme n\u00eb kufijt\u00eb e Lum\u00ebs u zhvillua n\u00eb \u201cQaf\u00ebn e Zhurit\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar deri n\u00eb gryk\u00ebn e Morin\u00ebs. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lokalitet ushtria serbe p\u00ebr 2-3 dit\u00eb rresht p\u00ebsoi nj\u00eb goditje t\u00eb fort\u00eb, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebbeteja shum\u00eb t\u00eb vrar\u00eb e t\u00eb plagosur dhe mjaft arm\u00eb. Pas k\u00ebtij d\u00ebshtimi, ushtria serbe, n\u00eb shenj\u00eb hakmarrje, n\u00eb fshatin Zhur mori peng 37 shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb pastaj i d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Prizren me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ushtrohej presion n\u00eb popull, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e p\u00ebrkrahur edhe m\u00eb tutje q\u00ebndres\u00ebn e tyre.<br \/>\nN\u00eb kulmin e q\u00ebndres\u00ebs p\u00ebr vdekje a liri, K\u00ebshilli Komandues i Luft\u00ebs, q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej nga Ramadan Zaskoci, Islam Spahia, Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, Elez Isufi, Ramadan Ceku, Ramadan Kova\u00e7i, Kadri Shahini, Jemin Gjana etj., sipas vendimeve t\u00eb marra n\u00eb nj\u00eb mbledhje, m\u00eb 17 n\u00ebntor 1912,nis\u00ebn operacionet godit\u00ebse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha frontet e luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb gjall\u00eb emrin e tij dhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kontributit t\u00eb vyesh\u00ebm fetar e komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Hoxh\u00eb Memetit, lumjan\u00ebt i kan\u00eb k\u00ebnduar dhe k\u00ebng\u00ebn:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUshton Korretniku dhe Gjallica<br \/>\nPo lufton Luma me sakica,<br \/>\nAsht Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti me lumjan\u00eb,<br \/>\nPo lufton me serb\u00ebt p\u00ebr vatan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Veprimtaria luftarake e Hoxh\u00eb Mehmetit nuk do t\u00eb pushonte asnj\u00ebher\u00eb deri n\u00eb vdekje. Kjo d\u00ebshmohet edhe p\u00ebr faktin se ai, pas p\u00ebrleshjes me forcat serbe n\u00eb vitin 1912 n\u00eb Lum\u00eb, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri do t\u00eb p\u00ebrballej me forcat serbe n\u00eb Zhur n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 1914.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 1923, Hoxh\u00eb Mehmeti, s\u00eb bashku me shum\u00eb veprimtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ane, do t\u00eb votonin n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Avni Rrustemit, p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar interesat e tyre, sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb ai ishte edhe nj\u00ebri prej shoq\u00ebruesve t\u00eb Bajram Currit, kur e vizitoi Lum\u00ebn, m\u00eb 5 maj 1924.<\/p>\n<p>Shoq\u00ebrimi i Hoxh\u00eb Mehmetit me Avni Rrustemin dhe Bajram Currin, do t\u2019i kushtonte me jet\u00ebn, sepse n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1927, kur kishte dal\u00eb n\u00eb ballkonin e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb tij, do t\u00eb q\u00ebllohej p\u00ebr vdekje nga plumbat q\u00eb kishin ardhur jo larg nga sht\u00ebpia e tij. Pa dyshim q\u00eb vrasja tin\u00ebzare e Hoxh\u00eb Mehmetit shkaktoi hidh\u00ebrim t\u00eb thell\u00eb te popullata q\u00eb e kishte \u00e7muar pa mas\u00eb, dhe vrasja e tij u p\u00ebrjetua r\u00ebnd\u00eb sidomos nga bashk\u00ebluft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tij, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishte bashk\u00eb edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfundim <\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr kontributin e ulemave n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, do t\u00eb sjellim konstatimin e nj\u00ebrit prej studiuesve me t\u00eb njohur t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, Sadulla Brestovcit, i cili, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb hulumtimeve t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr rolin e ulemave n\u00eb L\u00ebvizjes Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tjerash, konstatonte: \u201cMaterialet apo burimet e ndryshme arkivore dhe tregimtare, q\u00eb hedhin drit\u00eb mbi L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, na japin nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb konstatojm\u00eb se ulemaja shqiptare dhe kleri katolik, p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht nuk qe kund\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjes. Nj\u00eb konstatim i till\u00eb vlen kryesisht p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb shekullit XIX e t\u00eb fillimit t\u00eb shekullit XX, sidomos lidhur me periudh\u00ebn e kryengritjeve e t\u00eb aksioneve t\u00eb armatosura. Si prej klerit mysliman ashtu edhe atij katolik, pati t\u00eb atill\u00eb q\u00eb e kuptuan L\u00ebvizjen Komb\u00ebtare Shqiptare dhe rolin e saj pozitiv, q\u00eb e simpatizuan at\u00eb, e ndihmuan at\u00eb dhe mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb t\u00eb.
