Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se ata do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb bashkimin me Kosov\u00ebn, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me me Referndumin e 1-2 marsit t\u00eb vitit 1992.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00ebse serb\u00ebt e Veriut shpallin Asociacionin e Komunave apo autonomi edhe ne n\u00eb Lugin\u00eb t\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs do t\u00eb shpallim autonomin\u00eb, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb bashkimit me shtetin ton\u00eb am\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebn. Ky proces do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet konform\u00eb vullnetit dhe Referendumit t\u00eb 1-2 marsit t\u00eb vitit 1992. Nj\u00eb akt i till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebri edhe me konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe me Kart\u00ebn e OKB-s\u00eb, e cila garanton vet\u00ebvendosjen e popujve\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Musliu, p\u00ebr Presheva Jon\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ai ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se vazhdimisht kan\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb edhe Lugina e Preshev\u00ebs t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e dialogut mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb, por se nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb injoruar. <\/p>\n

\u201cNuk po k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb pushk\u00eb, as luft\u00eb, por thjesht\u00eb t\u00eb inkuadrohemi n\u00eb dialog. Ne n\u00eb Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs kemi telashe, sidomos me politiken diskriminuese t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n
