Njoftohet se n\u00eb votim 107 an\u00ebtar\u00eb kan\u00eb abstenuar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rezolut\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb negociatat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb ngrihen p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kushteve t\u00eb rezultuara nga gjendja e jasht\u00ebzakonshme dhe situata n\u00eb vend pas tentativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr grusht shteti nga Organizata Terroriste FETO m\u00eb 15 korrik.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb rezolut\u00eb theksohet se p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri negociatat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit duhet t\u00eb hiqet nga zbatimi gjendja e jasht\u00ebzakonshme, BE-ja dhe PE-ja jan\u00eb duke d\u00ebnuar fuqish\u00ebm tentativ\u00ebn p\u00ebr grusht shteti dhe se \u00ebsht\u00eb e drejta legjitime Turqis\u00eb p\u00ebr ti gjykuar p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>PE-ja nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur rreth p\u00ebrfundimit ose ngrirjes s\u00eb negociatave t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit, nd\u00ebrsa rezoluta n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb nj\u00eb mesazh n\u00eb aspektin politik p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin e BE-s\u00eb dhe qeverit\u00eb e shteteve an\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja p\u00ebr negociatat e an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit mes Turqis\u00eb dhe BE-s\u00eb, pritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb rendin e dit\u00ebs n\u00eb Samitin e Lider\u00ebve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb n\u00eb muajin dhjetor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bruksel &#8211; Parlamenti Evropian (PE) miratoi projektrezolut\u00ebn e cila rekomandon ngrirjen e p\u00ebrkohshme t\u00eb negociatave mes Turqis\u00eb dhe Bashkimit Evropian (BE) dhe e cila nuk ka fuqi ligjore, raporton Anadolu Agency.
