Behgjet Pacolli ka qen\u00eb kryetar i Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Behgjeti \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs i dalluar shqiptar veprimtaria e t\u00eb cilit shtrihet edhe n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomtar\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb president dhe CEO i Mabetex Grup, kompani konstruksioni dhe inxhinieri civile me qend\u00ebr n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr. P\u00ebrpos angazhimit t\u00eb tij sip\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimtaris, Pacolli \u00ebsht\u00eb i angazhuar gjithashtu si president i partis\u00eb s\u00eb kat\u00ebrt m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb quajtur AKR-Aleanca Kosova e Re. Behgjeti ka qen\u00eb vazhdimisht i influencuar nga babai i tij dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht nga gjyshi Osmani q\u00eb t\u00eb mos heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga qellimi i tij kryesor n\u00eb jet\u00eb q\u00eb ishte karriera ne konstruktim civil dhe industrial.<\/p>\n<p>Pacolli ishte nx\u00ebn\u00ebs shembullor n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn elementare lokale, me \u00e7`rast ju mund\u00ebsua edhe bursa shkolllore, e cila i mund\u00ebsoi vazhdimin e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Atje ai kaloi kat\u00ebr vite, nderkoh\u00eb q\u00eb flinte n\u00eb nj\u00eb kasolle druri e cila i ishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb bujarisht nga nj\u00eb familje turke, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb udh\u00ebtonte 80 km[citim i duhur], dy her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi q\u00eb t\u00eb merrte furnizime p\u00ebr javen vijuese. P\u00ebr diplomimin e tij, babai krenar p\u00ebr djalin, d\u00ebshironte q\u00eb ai t\u00eb b\u00ebhej mesuesi i fshatit, por n\u00ebna e tij k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguli q\u00eb ai t\u00eb shkonte n\u00eb Hamburg, Gjermani. Djali n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 17 vje\u00e7are, arriti n\u00eb stacion t\u00eb Hamburgut pa para si dhe i uritur. P\u00ebr t\u00eb pagur rrug\u00ebn ai punoi n\u00eb dokumente, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsonte sadopak nga secila gjuh\u00eb k\u00ebshtu siguronte pun\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb tej. Pas tre viteve kthehet n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me gjasht\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebvet\u00ebsuara si dhe me nj\u00eb diplom\u00eb universitare m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit ushtarak, Pacolli kontaktoi kompani nga Austria dhe Gjermania t\u00eb cilat k\u00ebrkonin pun\u00eb, dhe menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas mbarimit t\u00eb ushtris\u00eb ai ju bashkangjit kompanis\u00eb austriake, ku punoi n\u00eb sektorin e shitjes p\u00ebr shtetet: Jugoslavi, Bulgari, Poloni si dhe Rusi.
