Gjuha e nj\u00eb Kombi \u00ebsht\u00eb themelore n\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe zhvillimin e tij, aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr q\u00eb ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb dhe e gjithanshme e hapave p\u00ebrparimtar\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb Komb b\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara. Kjo, sepse gjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb organiz\u00ebm i gjall\u00eb, q\u00eb evoluon n\u00ebp\u00ebr koh\u00eb dhe, si e till\u00eb, i p\u00ebrgjigjet emancipimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, kultur\u00ebs, arteve, let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, publicistik\u00ebs si dhe t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb problematik\u00ebs bashk\u00ebshoq\u00ebruese t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebt e vjetra t\u00eb Ballkanit, gjuha shqipe i ka mbijetuar koh\u00ebve dhe i ka sh\u00ebrbyer popullit, etapave t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb tij dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht secilit brez, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e pandar\u00eb e trup\u00ebzimit shpirt\u00ebror dhe tradicional, q\u00eb trash\u00ebgohet brez pas brezi. Jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb ata autor\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihmesa t\u00eb vyera n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipet\u00eb pasurimit dhe evoluimit t\u00eb saj. Lidhur me procesin e gjat\u00eb dhe objektiv t\u00eb rritjes s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi, A. Xhuvani, q\u00eb n\u00eb vitet 50-t\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb kaluar, shkruante: \u201cSolocizmat jan\u00eb gabime t\u00eb pafalshme, t\u00eb cilave duhet t\u2019u rreshtemi aq sa edhe gabimeve t\u00eb tjera. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet nj\u00eb studim i thell\u00eb dhe i plot\u00eb i gramatik\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimeve \u2026, duhet t\u00eb ndiqet edhe p\u00ebrdorimi i gjall\u00eb i popullit, edhe autoriteti i shkrimtar\u00ebve klasik\u00eb. Ta kufizosh gjuh\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb cak t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb shkrimi, kjo ve\u00e7 q\u00eb e b\u00ebn\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn t\u00eb lidhshme dhe pedentare, po \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb pun\u00eb kund\u00ebr natyr\u00ebs s\u00eb saj, pasi gjuha hyn n\u00eb ligjet e evulucionit e nuk mund t\u00eb shkarkohet pas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb pale\u201d. Europa e ka nd\u00ebrruar me koh\u00eb formul\u00ebn e didaktik\u00ebs s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, duke p\u00ebrcaktuar drejtime t\u00eb reja n\u00eb fushen e emancipimit gjuh\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n<p>Kan\u00eb kaluar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb shekull dhe sot, n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e gjuh\u00ebs, problemet m\u00eb delikate dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb mprehta z\u00ebn\u00eb fill q\u00eb te interesimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve e t\u00eb rinj\u00ebve n\u00eb shkolla e fakultete. Duhet t\u00eb tregohemi v\u00ebrtet t\u00eb kujdessh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb njohur mir\u00eb pasurin\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsore n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ata nisin shkoll\u00ebn. Vet\u00ebm k\u00ebshtu, m\u00ebsues e nx\u00ebn\u00ebs, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku udh\u00ebn drejt gjuh\u00ebs amtare dhe drejt gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs europiane. Libri i sapodal\u00eb nga botimi i Prof. Dr. Gj. Shkurtaj \u201cSi shkruajm\u00eb shqip\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pasuri tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb fondin e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij dhe nj\u00eb apel p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesin\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi e administrat\u00ebn publike dhe jo publike n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. Pra, ka ardhur koha p\u00ebr ndjenj\u00eb epasion, dashuri t\u00eb lart\u00eb e mbi t\u00eb gjitha, respekt dhe vlera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb thesar, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00ebt d\u00ebshmues t\u00eb dallimit komb\u00ebtar. E par\u00eb nga k\u00ebta faktor\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb njihen mir\u00eb, ngaq\u00eb kjo fush\u00eb e dijes \u00ebsht\u00eb shenj\u00eb e par\u00eb dalluese e ve\u00e7antis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, brezat e sot\u00ebm dhe ato q\u00eb do t\u00eb vijn\u00eb, t\u00eb din\u00eb se kemi kap\u00ebrcyer shum\u00eb shekuj p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb k\u00ebtij kombi, p\u00ebr t\u2019i v\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebto n\u00eb themelet e duhura e t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosha, t\u00eb cilat q\u00ebndrojne n\u00eb dit\u00ebt e sotme.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu dhe nj\u00ebqind vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, Xhuvani, hapur thoshte p\u00ebr daljen n\u00eb drit\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb gjuhe letrare t\u00eb nj\u00ebsuar pra, t\u00eb krijuara mbi baza t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosha letrare. Ai mbetet burr\u00eb i madh me z\u00eb e me nam\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dijes gjuh\u00ebsore. Por puna e k\u00ebtij dhe shum\u00eb xhuvan\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb sotme shqiptare, q\u00eb i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb dhe i japin kombit n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dijes dhe t\u00eb urt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do l\u00ebmi dhe k\u00ebshillat e tyre nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb kapshme e t\u00eb rrokshme tek disa intelektual\u00eb, m\u00ebsues dhe punjonj\u00ebs t\u00eb mediave t\u00eb shkruara, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po i fusin \u201cbrir\u00ebt\u201d gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme t\u00eb nj\u00ebsuar. Prof. Xhuvanit nuk i vinte fare r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i shtrij\u00eb dor\u00ebn p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e madhe q\u00eb kishin b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn dy v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit, Naimi dhe Samiu. Edhe Noli, me urt\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb e karakterizonte, p\u00ebr vlerat njoh\u00ebse t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs e t\u00eb kombit, pati th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cL\u00ebvizja p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur gjuh\u00ebn shqipe n\u00eb shkall\u00eb komb\u00ebtare nisi n\u00eb tosk\u00ebri. (shih F. Agalliun, n\u00eb \u201cGjuh\u00ebn e Nolit\u201d, Tiran\u00eb 1999). K\u00ebta dy dijetar\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj, Xhuvani, q\u00eb i takonte t\u00eb folur\u00ebs veriore, nd\u00ebrsa Noli i p\u00ebrkiste t\u00eb folur\u00ebs jugore, nuk vuanin nga bajraktarizmi, as nga fise e klane shqiptare, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt i kap\u00ebrcyen p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbajtur kombi i patundur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb saj\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00ebsuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ballafaqohemi sot, aty k\u00ebtu, edhe me telashe dhe shpeshher\u00eb edhe me synime ndar\u00ebse. Duke lexuar mediat e sotme, njeriut t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm i b\u00ebhet sikur gjuha e sotme letrare standarte, e p\u00ebrcaktuar 40-vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, ka mbetur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb let\u00ebr, nuk ka arritur p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri ligjore dhe penalizuse, si\u00e7 duhej t\u00eb ishte. Ky shqet\u00ebsim duhet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohet gjithnj\u00eb me nj\u00eb propagand\u00eb dinamike, ku vet\u00eb gjuha amtare t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohet me maksimumin e k\u00ebrkuar e studimet mbi shqipen letrare t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb vendin e merituar.<\/p>\n<p>Si ja b\u00ebri Naimi i madh q\u00eb si gjen dot asnj\u00eb barbariz\u00ebm n\u00eb vepr\u00ebn e vet? Po Noli, q\u00eb mori guximin dhe solli n\u00eb shqip Servantesin, Shekspirin dhe Khajamin? Po Konica, Kuteli, Poradeci, Xoxe, Agolli, Kadareja e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb? K\u00ebta mjesht\u00ebr t\u00eb fjal\u00ebs e gjet\u00ebn t\u00eb pathurur ar\u00ebn e fjal\u00ebs, por fjala u ndrit n\u00eb fjali, proz\u00eb e poezi. Sh\u00ebndoshja e mbrojtja e gjuh\u00ebs standarte mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me masa t\u00eb prekshme energjike prej mendjesh q\u00eb mendojn\u00eb shqip e prej zemrave q\u00eb rrahin shqip. Gjuh\u00ebn shqipe e kemi nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetrat e m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhat\u00eb e kontinentit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e rendit nd\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb gjuh\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb rruzullit. Gjuha shqipe \u00ebsht\u00eb sot e mot, pasuri komb\u00ebtare baz\u00eb. Vet\u00eb proceset e hapjes, bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe t\u00eb integrimeve rajonale e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, detyrimisht i japin mund\u00ebsi edhe shqipes s\u00eb folur dhe t\u00eb shkruar t\u00eb ec\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm n\u00eb zhvillimin e pasurimin e saj me simotrat e shum\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb BE. \u00cbsht\u00eb fatalitet p\u00ebr ato vende me popullsi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl si Shqip\u00ebria, t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruarit me rrezikun e dep\u00ebrtimit dhe p\u00ebrdorimit vend e pa vend t\u00eb huazimeve n\u00eb d\u00ebm t\u00eb fondit autokton, duke kaluar shpesh n\u00eb varf\u00ebrimin e gjuh\u00ebs letrare komb\u00ebtare. K\u00ebto marr\u00ebzi, q\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb i njeh publiku, na shiten si gjetje gjuh\u00ebsore moderne (!). Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb agresivitet i hapur gjuh\u00ebsor. \u00cbsht\u00eb koha t\u00eb pranojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll, duke ngritur barriera, miratuar ligje dhe ngritur struktura t\u00eb posa\u00e7me, p\u00ebr ta mbajtur t\u00eb past\u00ebr shqipen, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pasuria m\u00eb e madhe dhe e patjet\u00ebrsueshme, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn krenohemi. V\u00ebrtet\u00eb jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb lir\u00eb e t\u00eb hapur, v\u00ebrtet\u00eb jemi p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs t\u00eb globalizmit, por nuk do t\u00eb d\u00ebshironim kurr\u00eb q\u00eb gjuha jon\u00eb t\u00eb mos shkruhej e t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorej nga shqiptar\u00ebt e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb brezave.<\/p>\n<p>Mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr ta mbajtur t\u00eb gjall\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e bukur shqipe tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tan\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht kur lindin dhe ekzistojn\u00eb, i mund\u00ebson shkolla, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb institucioni baz\u00eb i m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs letrare dhe detyr\u00eb par\u00ebsore ka t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit e saj e q\u00eb sjell si rezultat aft\u00ebsimin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb rinjve p\u00ebr ta komunikuar e shkruar me frytshm\u00ebri at\u00eb. P\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt emigrues, megjith\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e ruajtjes s\u00eb saj, shqipja po b\u00ebhet sa e larg\u00ebt dhe e huaj p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt m\u00ebrgimtar. \u00cbsht\u00eb normale q\u00eb, duke jetuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku flitet e shkruhet nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, kuptohet dhe tendenca e kufizimit dhe e shqiptimit t\u00eb shqipes. F\u00ebmij\u00ebt po projektojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e tyre aty ku rriten. Pra, emigrimi n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe ai i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, krahas t\u00eb mirave, mbart me vete edhe rrezikun e nj\u00eb asimilimi gradual t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs, sidomos tek f\u00ebmij\u00ebt shqiptar q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb e m\u00ebsojn\u00eb aktualisht n\u00eb emigrim. Faktet ekzistuese t\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi p\u00ebrcaktohen, n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit, nga gjuha. Popullsia e nj\u00eb vendi, q\u00eb p\u00ebr ar\u00ebsye t\u00eb ndryshme nuk e shkruan dhe rrall\u00eb her\u00eb nuk e flet gjuh\u00ebn e vet amtare, \u00ebsht\u00eb e prirur t\u00eb rrezikohet, pasi gjuha ka qen\u00eb e mbetet nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr komponent\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb kombi. Kur njeriu nuk e ka n\u00ebn k\u00ebmb\u00eb tok\u00ebn e vet, humbet di\u00e7ka nga q\u00ebndrimi vertikal, humbet sigurin\u00eb e b\u00ebhet m\u00eb skeptik ndaj vetvetes. Gjuha shqipe ka nj\u00eb zhd\u00ebrvjellt\u00ebsi n\u00eb t\u00eb folur, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb burr\u00ebrore dhe mjaft e bukur, ka tingull t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe mjaft impulsive. Shqipja \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdim i gjuh\u00ebs ilire dhe i p\u00ebrket grupit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve indo-europiane pra, ve\u00e7ohet si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetrat n\u00eb Europ\u00eb dhe Ballkan. K\u00ebtu m\u00eb vjen nd\u00ebrmend nj\u00eb th\u00ebnie e nj\u00eb m\u00ebrgimtari: \u201cGjuha \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja arm\u00eb q\u00eb v\u00ebrteton q\u00eb jemi shqiptar!\u201d<br \/>\nN\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri,Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni dhe diaspor\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsia krahasimtare ka patur arritje me vlera t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta shkencore dhe gjithnj\u00eb gjuhtar\u00ebt tan\u00eb t\u00eb nderuar hedhin drit\u00eb n\u00eb raportet e shqipes me gjuh\u00ebt e tjera. Studimi i shqipes, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 interesit shkencor, \u00ebsht\u00eb i lidhur ngusht\u00eb me interesat tona komb\u00ebtare. Q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb para nj\u00eb fakti shum\u00eb t\u00eb bukur, shum\u00eb interesant, q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm geg\u00ebrishtja, por edhe gjuha e diaspor\u00ebs, sidomos e arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve t\u00eb Italis\u00eb, tek e cila, n\u00eb mes shum\u00eb barbarizmave, gjenden thesare t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, jan\u00eb format m\u00eb t\u00eb vjetra t\u00eb shqipes. K\u00ebtu kujtojm\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet pes\u00ebdhjet\u00ebvje\u00e7are t\u00eb Prof. Shkurtajt, si njeri i nderuar, pasionant, intelektual me interes t\u00eb papar\u00eb shkencor, studjues dhe hulumtues i gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi dhe arb\u00ebresh\u00ebve t\u00eb Italis\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. Domosdoshm\u00ebria e ndryshimeve sa vjen e rritet. K\u00ebrkohet t\u00eb kemi impenjim historik p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7eshtje, duke u bazuar edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e vendeve euroatllantike, pasi dhe l\u00ebvizja e lir\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre nj\u00ebzetvjet\u00ebve i ka zgjeruar kontaktet e shqiptar\u00ebve me gjuh\u00ebt e kulturat e popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.N\u00eb k\u00ebto 100 vjet t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare, realiteti i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare ka fituar qytetarin\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ajo ka gurgulluar dhe sjell ujra nga lasht\u00ebsia e shekujve, ku shqipja ka plazmuar mendimin, ka marr\u00eb forma t\u00eb personaliteteve, q\u00eb nga mendimi i Naimit, \u00c7ajupit, Fisht\u00ebs, Mjed\u00ebs, Konic\u00ebs, Nolit, Migjenit, Poradecit e deri tek ai i Qoses e Kadares\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Indiferent\u00ebt dhe dembel\u00ebt dhe ata q\u00eb s\u2019respektojn\u00eb parimet e gjuh\u00ebs standarte shqipe, q\u00eb nuk vazhdojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Rilindasve tan\u00eb, historia do t\u2019i d\u00ebnoj\u00eb. Nga Bostoni i Amerik\u00ebs, Konica shprehej: \u201cErdhi m\u00eb n\u00eb fund edhe p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe koha e lul\u00ebzimit, koh\u00eb shpres\u00eb! I vler\u00ebsojm\u00eb, i pranojm\u00eb dhe i respektojm\u00eb vlerat gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Dhe respekti p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt ka vler\u00eb e besueshm\u00ebri kur, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, respekton vlerat e kombit t\u00ebnd!
