Po si ka ndryshuar n\u00ebp\u00ebr mij\u00ebvje\u00e7ar\u00eb dhe si ka ndikuar n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet njer\u00ebzore? Nj\u00eb shpjegim e jep Lars Svendsen, filozof norvegjez q\u00eb n\u00eb librin e tij Filozofia e frik\u00ebs prek pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto tema.<\/p>\n<p>Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhja mes frik\u00ebs dhe historis\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Frika \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb themel t\u00eb shum\u00eb prej asaj q\u00eb ne e p\u00ebrcaktojm\u00eb si njer\u00ebzore: sht\u00ebpi dhe qytete t\u00eb lindur p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime mbrojt\u00ebs, ushtri t\u00eb t\u00ebra, ligje dhe besime fetar\u00eb. Sipas Giambattista Vico (1668-1744) t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimet kan\u00eb lindur prej frik\u00ebs. P\u00ebr anglezin Thomas Hobbes (1588-1679) ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb fakt mosbesimi mes individ\u00ebve q\u00eb b\u00ebri t\u00eb domosdoshme hierarkit\u00eb sociale dhe rregullat e bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs, th\u00ebn\u00eb ndryshe, nj\u00eb shtet.<br \/>\nE megjithat\u00eb frika ka nj\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00eb biologjike dhe potencialisht pozitive&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Origjina e frik\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb sigurisht biologjike. E kan\u00eb demonstruar shkenc\u00ebtar\u00ebt. N\u00eb natyr\u00eb frika mbron nga rreziqet (kafsh\u00eb t\u00eb egra, fenomene atmosferik\u00eb) dhe n\u00eb rastin e qenies njer\u00ebzore mund t\u00eb reduktoj\u00eb risqet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt filles\u00eb jemi ne vet\u00eb me nj\u00eb sjellje t\u00eb nxituar. Fuqit\u00eb simbolike tipike t\u00eb species njer\u00ebzore, megjithat\u00eb i kan\u00eb amplifikuar efektet e frik\u00ebs, duke shum\u00ebfishuar vet\u00eb frik\u00ebrat me kalimin e shekujve. Dhe s\u00eb fundi ka nj\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar mes frik\u00ebs dhe agresivitetit, q\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet njer\u00ebzore shpesh her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb transformuar n\u00eb luft\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb frik\u00ebrave \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo nga vdekja?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb realitet, jo gjithmon\u00eb frika nga vdekja ka qen\u00eb dominuese. Pas vitit 1789, me Revolucionin Francez njer\u00ebzit nuk frik\u00ebsoheshin aq shum\u00eb p\u00ebr humbjen e jet\u00ebs, se sa heqjes dor\u00eb nga vlerat tradicionale dhe mir\u00ebqenies q\u00eb k\u00ebto sillnin p\u00ebr disa shtresa shoq\u00ebrore: kishin frik\u00eb, ashtu si shum\u00eb prej nesh sot, nga moderniteti dhe nga e ardhmja.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ka nga ata q\u00eb thon\u00eb, se frika \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb themel t\u00eb lindjes s\u00eb besimeve fetar\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb rast\u00ebsi q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjenja e par\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet n\u00eb Bib\u00ebl: kur Adami zbulon se \u00ebsht\u00eb lakuriq, pasi ka ngr\u00ebn\u00eb nga pema e dijes, frika vjen p\u00ebrpara turpit. Historiani francez Jean Delumeau ka shpjeguar, se si n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn mesjetare europiane dhe deri n\u00eb vitet gjasht\u00ebqind frika nga nj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim hyjnor ka patur edhe nj\u00eb lloj funksioni p\u00ebr kontrollin social. Dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb lasht\u00ebt respektimi i pakteve me per\u00ebndit\u00eb, t\u00eb sanksioniar dhe rinovuar me an\u00eb t\u00eb flijimeve dhe riteve sh\u00ebrbente pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar mbrojtjen p\u00ebrball\u00eb fenomeneve natyror\u00eb t\u00eb pashpjeguesh\u00ebm si eklipset, t\u00ebrmetet apo zit\u00eb e buk\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, a ekzistojn\u00eb frik\u00ebrat periodike?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do epok\u00eb ka patur frik\u00ebrat e saj, por ka element\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten. Aristoteli thoshte: &#8220;Frika \u00ebsht\u00eb pritshm\u00ebria p\u00ebr t\u00eb keqen. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb kemi frik\u00eb nga t\u00eb k\u00ebqiat si uria, varf\u00ebria, s\u00ebmundja, mungesa e miqve, vdekja&#8221;. Shpesh her\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7imentuar identitete komb\u00ebtar\u00eb dhe kanalizuar energjit\u00eb drejt nj\u00eb armiku t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt. Por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur autoritetin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet terrorit. P\u00ebr makiavelin, nj\u00eb princ duhej q\u00eb t\u00eb duhej, por ishte m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb tia kishin frik\u00ebn. Frika ka lindur e para &#8211; ndoshta. Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb problem, pasi me kalimin e rrezikut, kalon edhe frika. Po kur rreziku kalon dhe ty vazhdon t\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebroj\u00eb frika? Po kur frika jote nuk justifikohet realisht nga rreziku q\u00eb e ka shkaktuar at\u00eb? At\u00ebher\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb problem. N\u00ebse nj\u00eb problem i till\u00eb b\u00ebhet i vazhduesh\u00ebm, duke u p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur sa her\u00eb takohesh me nj\u00eb situat\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me fobin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Fobit\u00eb jan\u00eb frik\u00ebra t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb paarsyeshme ndaj nj\u00eb objekti, aktiviteti apo situate t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. Ato nuk kan\u00eb justifikim real, apo e tejkalojn\u00eb justifikimin real rreth k\u00ebtyre frik\u00ebrave. Njer\u00ebzit fobik\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb frik\u00eb nga insektet, kafsh\u00ebt, err\u00ebsira, lart\u00ebsia, fluturimi, t\u00eb folurit n\u00eb publik, etj. Ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur se do t&#8217;u ndodh\u00eb di\u00e7ka shum\u00eb e keqe, n\u00ebse detyrohen t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me at\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb frik\u00eb, pa patur mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t&#8217;u shmangur, apo larguar. Viktima e k\u00ebtyre frik\u00ebrave, nd\u00ebrton lloj-lloj filozofish e strategjish t\u00eb forta shmang\u00ebse, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar frik\u00ebn. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e njer\u00ebzve, sidomos t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ulur nivelin e frik\u00ebrave t\u00eb tilla, p\u00ebrdorin l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme, si alkoolin, duhanin dhe lloje t\u00eb ndryshme narkotik\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n<p>Personat q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga fobi t\u00eb ndryshme jan\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr paarsyeshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e frik\u00ebs. P.sh. Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb kan\u00eb frik\u00eb nga ashensori e din\u00eb q\u00eb shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz ngjiten e zbresin \u00e7do dit\u00eb me ashensor, pa u d\u00ebmtuar, megjithat\u00eb ata kan\u00eb frik\u00eb ta p\u00ebrdorin.<\/p>\n<p>Fobit\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb aktivitetin e individit p.sh. n\u00ebse objekti, apo situata e frikshme shmanget me leht\u00ebsi, personi pranon t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga q\u00ebllimi q\u00eb kishte, mjafton q\u00eb t\u00eb mos provoj\u00eb frik\u00ebn, apo sikletin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin e hedh ajo situat\u00eb (p.sh. nuk merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb fest\u00ebn p\u00ebr ku ishte nisur, duke gjetur nj\u00eb justifikim). N\u00ebse objekti, apo situatat e frikshme nuk mund t\u00eb shmangen, personi p\u00ebrjeton frik\u00eb e panik t\u00eb pakontrolluesh\u00ebm, duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pa mundur vazhdimin normal t\u00eb aktivitetit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Personat me fobi, zakonisht provojn\u00eb shqet\u00ebsime t\u00eb konsiderueshme, si, pagjum\u00ebsi, reagime kompulsive, dridhje, djersitje, rrahje t\u00eb forta t\u00eb zemr\u00ebs, takikardi, humbje ndjenjash, mpirje, tharje t\u00eb goj\u00ebs, shtr\u00ebngim n\u00eb kraharor, dhimbje koke, djeg\u00ebsim stomaku, urinim i shpesht\u00eb ose e kund\u00ebrta ekstreme, diarre, dob\u00ebsim i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm i shikimit, etj. Tek personat fobik\u00eb bie ndjesh\u00ebm d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer aktivitete, me t\u00eb cilat ato mendojn\u00eb se mund t\u00eb ndeshen me objektin apo situat\u00ebn, nga e cila kan\u00eb frik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7rregullimet fobike jan\u00eb tre llojesh:<\/p>\n<p>1- Agorafobia<br \/>\n2- Fobia Sociale<br \/>\n3- Fobia Specifike<\/p>\n<p>Personat me agorafobi tr\u00ebmben nga t\u00eb qenit n\u00eb situata, nga t\u00eb cilat largimi n\u00eb rast &#8220;rreziku&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamundur, apo i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, prandaj ato i shmangin k\u00ebto situata ose k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar nga njer\u00ebzit e tyre t\u00eb besuar, i cili do t&#8217;i ndihmoj\u00eb, pa i v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb siklet, q\u00eb t\u00eb largohen, n\u00ebse shfaqen simptomat e panikut.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb vuajn\u00eb nga fobia sociale kan\u00eb frik\u00eb t\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebmendjes s\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb veprime t\u00eb ndryshm\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte (p.sh. t\u00eb mbajn\u00eb fjalime), kurse fobit\u00eb specifike lidhen me frik\u00ebra nga situata specifike, nga t\u00eb cilat personi ka frik\u00eb.<br \/>\nNga fobia jan\u00eb t\u00eb prekur rreth 10% e popullsis\u00eb bot\u00ebrore, ku pjesa m\u00eb e madhe vuajn\u00eb nga fobia sociale (rreth 7%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Opinionet e autor\u00ebve nuk paraqesin domosdoshm\u00ebrisht edhe opinionin e Prizren Post.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esht\u00eb nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb n\u00eb dukje irracionale.
