\u2018t\u00eb arsyeshme\u2019 apo t\u00eb paarsyeshme;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb ciln asnj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nuk transferohet n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb thyerjes s\u00eb rregullave t\u00eb disiplines, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr numrin e madh t\u00eb mungesave, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebr numrin e madh t\u00eb notave t\u00eb dob\u00ebta;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn asnj\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs nuk orientohet n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb profesionale, ndon\u00ebse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr shkollim n\u00eb gjimnaz;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi p\u00ebrcaktohet p\u00ebr drejtimin e matematik\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shkencave t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, edhe pse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr at\u00eb drejtim, edhe pse n\u00eb matematik\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fizik\u00eb ka not\u00eb t\u00eb dob\u00ebt ose not\u00eb kaluese (dysh);<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk ka kabinete bashk\u00ebkohore p\u00ebr fizik\u00eb, p\u00ebr biologji etj.;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk ka laborator bashk\u00ebkohor p\u00ebr kimi;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk ka hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr ngr\u00ebnie gjat\u00eb pushimit t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe si pasoj\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj, zyra e arsimtar\u00ebve apo salla e profesor\u00ebve shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb kuzhin\u00eb, n\u00eb sall\u00eb ngr\u00ebnieje apo edhe n\u00eb \u00e7ajtore;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i m\u00ebsuesve, i arsimtar\u00ebve  dhe i profesor\u00ebve apo i profesoreshave nuk veshen dhe nuk duken n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me normat pedagogjike;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk duken dhe nuk veshen n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me normat shkollore;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn arsimtari apo profesori, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb vet u mban kurs me pages\u00eb, n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt si: matematika, fizika, kimia, gjuha angleze, gjuha gjermane, informatika, (dikur edhe gjuha maqedonase);<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn arsimtari apo profesori u shet nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve tekste shkollore, skripta dhe libra, me vlera profesionale t\u00eb dyshimta dhe q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb miratuar nga organet kompetente t\u00eb arsimit;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn regjistrimi i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve b\u00ebhet, jo me kritere arsimore, por me nd\u00ebrhyrje jasht\u00ebshkollore;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn kuadri arsimor pun\u00ebsohet, jo me kritere profesionale dhe arsimore, por me kritere jasht\u00ebshkollore, kryesisht partiake;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn K\u00ebshilli i shkoll\u00ebs apo Pleq\u00ebsia e shkoll\u00ebs, figuron formalisht dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn i ashtuquajturi K\u00ebshill i prind\u00ebrve, nuk luan kurrfar\u00eb roli dhe figuron vet\u00ebm formalisht;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbimi profesional i shkoll\u00ebs nuk ndodhet n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, prej or\u00ebs 7.oo deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 15.oo;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbimi pedagogjik i shkoll\u00ebs, p\u00ebrfshi edhe psikologun apo psikologennuk funksionon n\u00eb nivel profesional t\u00eb duhur;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, lidhur me v\u00ebrejtjet e sh\u00ebnuara n\u00eb ditar, nuk merren kurrfar\u00eb masash, as nga sh\u00ebrbimi pedagogjik i shkoll\u00ebs dhe as nga drejtoria e shkoll\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn n\u00eb raste t\u00eb caktuara ora e fundit nuk mbahet, zilja bie para kohe;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn klasat kan\u00eb mbi 25 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, para nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs shkollore, nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb caktuar (pes\u00eb \u2013 gjasht\u00eb sish) pin\u00eb cigare haptazi;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn klasat n\u00eb vitin e par\u00eb (t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme) formohen duke grumbulluar n\u00eb to mbi 10 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga e nj\u00ebjta shkoll\u00eb; n\u00eb klasa t\u00eb tilla niveli i disiplin\u00ebs bie;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, pa ndonj\u00eb arsye t\u00eb bazueshme, dita e pun\u00ebs shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb dit\u00eb jo pune;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn b\u00ebhen abuzime financiare me rastin e organizimit t\u00eb sh\u00ebtitjeve apo t\u00eb ekskursioneve, t\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjeve t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebmatur\u00ebs, t\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjeve t\u00eb matur\u00ebs, t\u00eb fotografimit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, etj.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn biblioteka e shkoll\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e pajisur si duhet dhe sa duhet me lektyra shkollore, me literatur\u00eb profesionale, me vepra letrare artistike t\u00eb autor\u00ebve komb\u00ebtar\u00eb apo t\u00eb autor\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj, me leksikone l\u00ebmenjsh t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, me fjalor\u00eb fushash t\u00eb ndryshme etj.;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i m\u00ebsuesve, i arsimtar\u00ebve apo i profesor\u00ebve shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushuar sesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i arsimtar\u00ebve apo i profesor\u00ebve, krahas pun\u00ebs n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar edhe n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb veprimtari tjet\u00ebr;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 e cila (shkoll\u00eb fillore), edhe pas tet\u00eb apo n\u00ebnt\u00eb vjet arsimimi fillor, e p\u00ebrcjell nx\u00ebn\u00ebsin p\u00ebr n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb mesme, pa ia m\u00ebsuar drejtshkrimin e gjuh\u00ebs amtare, d.m.th. t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn (shkoll\u00eb fillore), n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebvjetorin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb klas\u00ebs tet\u00eb apo t\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00eb, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr flitet p\u00ebr manifestimin e mbr\u00ebmjes s\u00eb gjysm\u00ebmatur\u00ebs, sesa q\u00eb punohet n\u00eb realizimin e planprogameve m\u00ebsimore; <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e festojn\u00eb dit\u00eblindjen n\u00eb klas\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, gjat\u00eb or\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsimit takon nx\u00ebn\u00ebs n\u00eb korridorin e shkoll\u00ebs apo n\u00eb oborrin e shkoll\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit i ngjesin \u00e7am\u00e7ak\u00ebzat n\u00eb banka, n\u00eb muret e klas\u00ebs apo t\u00eb korridoreve, n\u00eb dritaret e klas\u00ebs, n\u00eb dyshemen\u00eb e klas\u00ebs;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb caktuara, bankave u mungon d\u00ebrrasa nd\u00ebr bank\u00eb, ndaj nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit s\u2019kan\u00eb ku t\u2019i vendosin \u00e7antat;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn d\u00ebrrasat e zeza jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrdorshme;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shkum\u00ebsat jan\u00eb jocil\u00ebsor\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk kryhet rregullisht deratizimi (asgj\u00ebsimi i minjve), dezinsektimi dhe\u00e7infektimi i hap\u00ebsirave shkollore, q\u00eb si rrjedhoj\u00eb minjt\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr klasa;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn klasat her\u00eb pastrohen, e her\u00eb mbeten pa u pastruar;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, rreth shport\u00ebs s\u00eb hedhurinave, pas pushimit t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, grumbullohet sasi e madhe hedhurinash;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn muret e kasave, t\u00eb korridoreve apo t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs shkollore jan\u00eb t\u00eb mbushura me vizatime dhe shkaravina t\u00eb ndryshme;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn hartat gjeografike apo hartat historike vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim, ndon\u00ebse jan\u00eb vjet\u00ebruar, jan\u00eb grisur dhe jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrdorshme;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e klas\u00ebs k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb leje nga arsimtari apo nga profesori p\u00ebr t\u2019i l\u00ebshuar nga ora m\u00ebsimore, p\u00ebr arsye se ndonj\u00ebri prej nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve e pask\u00ebsh dit\u00eblindjen;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nj\u00eb grup nx\u00ebn\u00ebsish \u2013 pes\u00eb a gjasht\u00eb sish \u2013 e pyesin profesorin: \u201cProfesor, a mund t\u00eb na l\u00ebshoni k\u00ebt\u00eb or\u00eb?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 e cila (shkoll\u00eb), p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb caktuara, vler\u00ebsimin apo notimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk e kryen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb objektive;<\/p>\n<p>Dukuri jo e mire e shkollave \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe dh\u00ebnia e dhuratave m\u00ebsuesve, arsimtar\u00ebve apo profesor\u00ebve nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit, me rastin e 7 Marsit, \u201cDit\u00ebs s\u00eb M\u00ebsuesit\u201d apo me rastin e 8 Marsit, \u201cDit\u00ebs s\u00eb Grave\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>                                                            *   *   *<\/p>\n<p>Shkolla fillore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shkoll\u00eb po qe se i fryn notat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mund\u00eb t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb gjimnaz apo n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb mesme mjek\u00ebsie, edhe pse nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebr shkolla t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb gjimnaz nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjimnaz, po qe se n\u00eb t\u00eb regjistrohen nx\u00ebn\u00ebs q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebr shkolla profesionale dhe suksesi t\u00eb cil\u00ebve n\u00eb fillore nuk i plot\u00ebson kriteret p\u00ebr regjistrim n\u00eb gjmnaz.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb gjimnaz nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjimnaz po qe se regjistrimin e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve nuk e b\u00ebn me provim pranues.<\/p>\n<p>Gjimnazi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gjimnaz po qe se n\u00eb t\u00eb e vazhdojn\u00eb shkollimin nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb \u00e7rregullt apo me \u2018korrespondenc\u00eb\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Shkolla e suksesshme duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb gara shtet\u00ebrore apo n\u00eb ato nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Shkolla nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pun\u00eb reklame, propagande apo pun\u00eb e defilimit s\u00eb drejtuesve t\u00eb shkollave para kamerave televizive.<\/p>\n<p>Testimi PISA \u00ebsht\u00eb testim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Nj\u00eb prej qendrave t\u00eb saj ndodhet n\u00eb Paris. Sipas rezultateve t\u00eb arritura n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj testimi, Maqedonia \u00ebsht\u00eb renditur e kat\u00ebrta n\u00eb bot\u00eb NGA FUNDI. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb brengos\u00ebse dhe shqet\u00ebsuese.<\/p>\n<p>*   *   *<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakultetet q\u00eb nxjerrin kuad\u00ebr arsimor \u2013 m\u00ebsues, arsimtar\u00eb apo profesor\u00eb shkollash t\u00eb mesme, nuk duhet t\u00eb pranohen nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb kryer gjimnaz dhe t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb mesme (gjimnaz), nuk kan\u00eb kaluar me \u201cshum\u00eb mir\u00eb\u201d, apo me \u201cshk\u00eblqyesh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ligjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me arsimin, jan\u00eb projektuar, jan\u00eb votuar dhe jan\u00eb miratuar nga kabinetet dhe nga personat, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb duhur n\u00eb l\u00ebmin e arsimit.<\/p>\n<p>*   *   *<\/p>\n<p>NUK \u00cbSHT\u00cb SHKOLL\u00cb, SHKOLLA.. <\/p>\n<p> \u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, gjat\u00eb \u00e7do pushimi, hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e arsimtar\u00ebve pes\u00eb-gjasht\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb orarin e m\u00ebsimeve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pyetur n\u00eb \u2018humbin\u2019 di\u00e7ka dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsimin e or\u00ebve apo bashkimin e klasave;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, n\u00eb 1 qershor, madje edhe n\u00eb 8 qershor, d.m.th. vet\u00ebm dy dit\u00eb  para p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb vitit shkollor, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsi me dhjet\u00eb apo dymb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb nota t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, nuk e p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit vitin, saq\u00eb kalon \u2018past\u00ebr\u2019, pra nuk shkon as n\u00eb riprovim;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ideal i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb prind\u00ebrve pa p\u00ebrjashtim \u00ebsht\u00eb nota dhe jo dituria, pa e p\u00ebrfillur faktin se nota pa dituri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ve\u00e7se num\u00ebr i thjesht\u00eb;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn lajm\u00ebrimet apo njoftimet q\u00eb lexohen n\u00ebp\u00ebr klasa p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb gabime gjuh\u00ebsore, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht gramatikore, kryesisht drejtshkrimore, sintaksore dhe terminologjike;<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn lajm\u00ebrimet apo njoftimet q\u00eb vihen n\u00eb pllak\u00ebn e njoftimeve t\u00eb zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb arsimtar\u00ebve, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiluara n\u00eb frym\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe;
