P\u00ebr veprimet e kund\u00ebrligjshme, PDK-ja e Prishtin\u00ebs ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Ahmeti ia ka garantuar burgun vetes.<\/p>\n

An\u00ebtarja e kryesis\u00eb s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb, Mimoza Ahmetaj, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh ministre n\u00eb detyr\u00eb e Integrimeve Evropiane, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se qytetar\u00ebt n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi po i adresojn\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorimet e qeverisjes s\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe kompleksi \u201cKodrina\u201d, brenda vetes fsheh edhe nj\u00eb kompleksitet t\u00eb madh pas t\u00eb cilit po fshihen edhe vet\u00eb krer\u00ebt e partis\u00eb Vet\u00ebvendosje, bashk\u00eb me Shpend Ahmetin dhe vart\u00ebsit e tij n\u00eb Komun\u00ebn e Prishtin\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

\u201cLirisht mund t\u00eb konstatojm\u00eb se pothuajse \u00e7do veprim q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Shpend Ahmeti p\u00ebr ta shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebrpara k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt qindra milion\u00ebsh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin kushedi se \u00e7far\u00eb interesash ka, e ka shoq\u00ebruar me shkelje t\u00eb shumta ligjore\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Ahmetaj.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa, Kryetari i Deg\u00ebs s\u00eb PDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Lirak \u00c7elaj, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se Shpend Ahmeti n\u00ebnshkroi marr\u00ebveshje t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme p\u00ebr \u201cKodrin\u00ebn\u201d, duke anashkaluar\u00a0 t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht Kuvendin Komunal, ashtu si\u00e7 e parasheh ligji.<\/p>\n

\u201cPa aprovimin e Kuvendit Komunal t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, ai i dha monopol t\u00eb plot\u00eb nj\u00eb kompanie\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb \u00c7elaj.<\/p>\n

I pari i PDK-s\u00eb s\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, Lirak \u00c7elaj, tha se p\u00ebr \u201cKodrin\u00ebn\u201d u shpall edhe tender nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr masterplanin, pa aprovimin e Kuvendit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb q\u00eb Komuna e Prishtin\u00ebs kishte miratuar shum\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt Planin Rregullues.<\/p>\n

Ai tha se n\u00eb 187,000 metra katror\u00eb, Shpend Ahmeti lejoi nd\u00ebrtimin e 530,000 metra katror\u00eb objekte banimi dhe afarizmi.<\/p>\n

Duke mos u mjaftuar me kaq, \u00c7elaj tha se Shpend Ahmeti b\u00ebri shkelje tjet\u00ebr duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb projekt edhe 26,036 metra katror\u00eb tok\u00eb komunale, pa aprovimin paraprak t\u00eb Kuvendit Komunal.<\/p>\n

\u201cP\u00ebr t\u2019ia p\u00ebrmbushur mir\u00eb interesin, e rriti edhe koeficientin e nd\u00ebrtimit p\u00ebr \u201cKodrin\u00ebn\u201d p\u00ebr 65 p\u00ebr qind mbi koeficientin e aprovuar nga Kuvendi Komunal i Prishtin\u00ebs. Ai e ndryshoj\u00eb edhe Planin Zhvillimor Urban dhe Planin Rregullues pa aprovim\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n

\u00c7elaj tregoi se posedojn\u00eb informacione se p\u00ebr afer\u00ebn e \u201cKodrin\u00ebs\u201d, Shpend Ahmeti dhe zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs jan\u00eb intervistuar nga organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ai u shpreh i bindur se p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit e k\u00ebsaj afere do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb prapa grilave.<\/p>\n

I pari i PDK-s\u00eb, Lirak \u00c7elaj, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se shkelja e k\u00ebtyre procedurave rrezikon t\u00eb d\u00ebmtoj\u00eb nj\u00ebrin prej projekteve m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 320 milion\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
