Ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm Saimir Tahiri ka paditur sot, n\u00eb prokurorin\u00eb e Vlor\u00ebs, \u201ckompleksin Jon\u201d t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar tek \u201cUji i Ftoht\u00eb\u201d n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, kompleks ky n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi edhe t\u00eb Xhafer Isufit, vjehrri i kryetarit t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, Lulzim Basha.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kall\u00ebzimi penal ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me shkeljet q\u00eb jan\u00eb konstatuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e p\u00ebrfitimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs, zbatimit t\u00eb lejes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit dhe perspektiv\u00ebs s\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs. Depozitimi i padis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Saimir Tahiri n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kreut t\u00eb Task Forc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, gjykata Administrative e rrethit t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs hoqi mas\u00ebn e sekuestros p\u00ebr \u201ckompleksin Jon\u201d, duke pranuar k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e familjar\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kishin ngritur padi ndaj Inspektoriatit Nd\u00ebrtimor Urbanistik Komb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr bllokim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb objektit.<\/p>\n

INUK e kishte bllokuar kompleksin Jon prej disa dit\u00ebsh, me argumentin se po b\u00ebhen verifikime, n\u00ebse pallati \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar apo jo n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me planin urbanistik.<\/p>\n

Aktualisht lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje, asnj\u00eb person duke filluar nga pronar\u00ebt e tok\u00ebs, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shtetasi Xhafer Isufi, por edhe nga pronar\u00ebt e kompanis\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e objektit, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb masak\u00ebr t\u00eb till\u00eb, t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e \u201cUjit t\u00eb Ftoht\u00eb\u201d. <\/p>\n

Bllokimi i pallatit t\u00eb Bash\u00ebs<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tre n\u00ebntor 2013 inspektor\u00ebt e INUK-ut bllokuan kompleksin Jon, i cili rezulton t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb Xhafer Isufit, vjehrrit t\u00eb Lulzim Bash\u00ebs. Q\u00ebllimi i bllokimit ishte verifikimi i dokumentacionit, por pronar\u00ebt e kompleksit refuzuan dor\u00ebzimin e dokumenteve. <\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb pas, m\u00eb kat\u00ebr n\u00ebntor 2013, 11 persona banor\u00eb dhe pronar\u00eb t\u00eb komplesit \u201cJon\u201d iu drejtuan gjykat\u00ebs Administrative Vlor\u00eb, ku k\u00ebrkuan shfuqizimin e aktit administrativ t\u00eb INUK-ut, akt i cili bllokonte hyrje-daljet e banor\u00ebve n\u00eb pallat. Gjithashtu ata k\u00ebrkuan edhe heqjen e shiritit rrethues n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb kompleksit.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb shtat\u00eb n\u00ebntor 2013, gjykata Administrative vendosi t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padin\u00eb civile t\u00eb 11 banor\u00ebve dhe pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb pallatit, duke hequr k\u00ebshtu shiritin policor t\u00eb vendosur nga INUK dhe nga Policia e Shtetit.\/shekulli\/<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
