Si thuhet n\u00eb njoftimin nga Presidenca, hartimi i k\u00ebsaj strategjie u inicua n\u00eb mars t\u00eb vitit 2012, kur ishte rekomanduar themelimi i Task Forc\u00ebs p\u00ebr Integrim, me q\u00ebllim hartimin e Strategjis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare, duke siguruar konsensus t\u00eb plot\u00eb me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebt e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, dhe q\u00eb do t\u00eb reflektonte vizionin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe q\u00ebllimin e vendit ton\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb BE.<\/p>\n
