parlamentit t\u00eb vendit projektligje p\u00ebr t\u00eb zgjatur gjendjen ushtarake dhe mobilizimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr 90 dit\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, transmeton Anadolu.<\/p>\n<p>Dy projektligjet u postuan n\u00eb faqen e internetit t\u00eb Verkhovna Rada, parlamentit t\u00eb Ukrain\u00ebs, duke deklaruar se gjendja ushtarake dhe mobilizimi do t\u00eb zgjaten deri m\u00eb 5 n\u00ebntor.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse miratohet si ligj, projektligji p\u00ebr mobilizimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi m\u00eb 7 gusht, nd\u00ebrsa projektligji p\u00ebr gjendjen ushtarake do t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb dat\u00ebn e publikimit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Zelenskyy shpalli p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb gjendjen ushtarake dhe mobilizimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm m\u00eb 24 shkurt 2022, kur Rusia nisi at\u00eb q\u00eb e p\u00ebrshkroi si nj\u00eb \u201coperacion ushtarak special\u201d n\u00eb Ukrain\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Masat jan\u00eb
