The former Director of Urbanism in the Municipality of Prizren, Beni Kizolli, has criticized the project for the construction of parking lots in the “White House” area, accusing the mayor of the Municipality of Prizren, Shaqir Totaj, of having signed the project without fully understanding its content.

In a video published as part of his “Facts Speak” series, Kizolli has said that it is not enough to declare that an official is “deceived”, since according to him the responsibility for the decisions taken by the institution cannot be delegated.

“When a project is initiated, signed and publicly defended by the chairman himself, the responsibility remains with him”, declared Kizolli.
