The deputy of the PDK, Vlora Çitaku, addressed a letter to the chairman, Avni Dehari, asking him today, August 16 at 11:00, to call the continuation of the constitutive session.

Çitaku recalls that the non-constitution of the Assembly has created a situation of “serious violation of the Constitution and non-respect of the judgments of the Constitutional Court”.

“You must have considering that, according to the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court, regardless of exceeding the constitutional deadline, the violation of the deadline does not extinguish the obligation for its constitution.

“Your responsibility is to enable the development and continuation of the session until the constitution of the Assembly. It is not within your competence to decide whether and when the process of the constitution of the Assembly”, continues the letter addressed to Dehar.
