The former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Ramush Haradinaj, has recalled the 27th anniversary of the signing of the Kumanova agreement, which marked the withdrawal of the Serbian army, police and paramilitaries from Kosovo, after crimes against the unarmed Albanian population, writes Mitropol.

Through a post on Facebook, the former head of the Alliance said that the liberation war of the KLA, with the cause of her right, managed to win the support of democratic states and NATO, led by the USA, which for three months bombed Yugoslavia, the genocidal regime of Milosevic.

“The people of Kosovo remain eternally grateful to America and the democratic world for the country’s freedom and independence”, he wrote.
