The Democratic Party of Kosovo will also address the Constitutional Court today. Deputy Përparim Gruda and Arian Tahiri will submit to the Constitutional Court, the request to challenge the decision on the election of the new Government. After the submission, the deputies are expected to hold a press conference starting at 09:00. The PDK have stated that the way the Assembly was constituted and the procedures followed have constitutional problems, so they have requested for the Constitutional Court to evaluate the legality of the decision on the election of the Government. We recall that a day before, PDK appealed to the Constitutional Court regarding the constitution of the 11th legislature, which voted for the Kurti 4 government, after electing the Speaker and 4 Deputy Speakers of the Assembly. According to the largest opposition party, Albin Kurti and his party violated the constitutional deadlines on purpose.
