When a prime minister talks about the “extreme cruelty” of an entire people, he either does not understand the weight of the word, or he is deliberately shifting the blame to the victim.<\/p>\n
No nation is cruel. The people are educated and oriented. Or left in chaos by the state.<\/p>\n
This does not mean that the state controls every private behavior. Nor replace individual consciousness. But the state creates the rules of the game, the example, the consequences.<\/p>\n
I read a reaction somewhere, according to which the time of the state that educates has passed. This is not true. If any time has passed, the time of the state that talks too much has passed.<\/p>\n
Even in the most liberal societies, the state has not withdrawn from civic education, especially from environmental protection. But this education is not done with actions, campaigns, “new measures” when the bad has happened. Not even with prison for the people of pennies, but not for the elite of billions.<\/p>\n
Education is strategic, it is long-term. It is a serious investment in the education system, in civic formation. Undoubtedly, even in the patriotism that our cosmopolitan prime minister suddenly mentioned in the same speech.<\/p>\n
Bejeweled stadiums, luxury concrete, facade squares, or skyscrapers could wait a while.<\/p>\n
Education also requires municipalities that work every day, not for photos and videos. He is looking for a policeman who doesn’t mind only fines from morning to dinner.\u00a0 But it specifically requires the moral example of those who lead.<\/p>\n
In short, individual responsibility exists. But it flourishes only where the state does its job.<\/p>\n
The main cause of recurring disasters is not the bottle flipped over in the water. It’s corruption in public works, roads, canals, water projects.<\/p>\n
When tenders go to friends or clients, don’t expect quality work. We talk about the “crime” of those who throw away plastics. The biggest crime is committed with a signature and seal in the state offices.<\/p>\n
So there is no “power of darkness in the brain”. There is a failure of governance. If this people is harbut, who has led this “harbutery” for almost a decade and a half?<\/p>\n
Even if this were the worst people in the world, it is neither noble, nor right, nor acceptable to speak disparagingly of those you had the duty to protect and lead. You cannot be the prime minister of the majority and at the same time its moral judge.<\/p>\n
Just as you swell worse than the rivers, for the achievements, you must also take the burden of the failures.<\/p>\n
Notice how the people blame Berisha for not being able to return to governance. The people blamed Rama for flooding the country. When power cannot be taken by vote, the people “do not understand”. When the government fails to govern, the people “are harbut”.<\/p>\n
How serious this becomes, when it comes from two people, to whom this people has given everything. Unlimited power, wealth, trust, years of government. In return you point the finger at him.<\/p>\n
A true leader protects the people even if he is wrong. I don’t use it as an alibi for my own failures. If he does, he is simply admitting publicly that he is no longer fit to lead. \/DAY\/<\/p>\n
