The Kosovo Police caught a 54-year-old man red-handed raping a 12-year-old minor in the village of Dubrav\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>After this case, the Basic Court in Pej\u00eb &#8211; Department for Serious Crimes, with the judge of the preliminary procedure Shaq\u00eb Curri, imposed a one-month detention on the defendant T.P., following the request of the Basic Prosecution in Pej\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Detention was set with reasoning that there is a well-founded suspicion that the defendant T.P. has committed the criminal offense &#8220;Rape&#8221;, according to article 227 paragraph 7 related to paragraph 1 and based on article 77 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>The measure was determined in accordance with the legal conditions provided for by the Code of Criminal Procedure of Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>IndeksOnline reported yesterday that the suspect in question is Tom Prekaj from Gurrakoci.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin:30px 0\">\n<p style=\"font-size:13px;color:#666\">Source: <strong>prizrenpost<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Friday, Istog was shocked by a serious case.
