Dacic visit, according to Tha\u00e7i, signifies the relations between Kosovo and Serbia are normalizing.<br \/>\n&#8216;It&#8217;s been a special pleasure and honor to myself and Kosovo today to host ministers from the region as well as Dacic attendance in the Republic of Kosovo. The normalization of relations has taken us a long time.
