A heated public debate has erupted on social media between tech billionaire Elon Musk and LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman after new scrutiny of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein’s network reignited debate about the tech leader’s ties to the convicted sex offender, Anadolu reports.<\/p>\n
The exchange began on Tuesday when Musk accused Hoffman of visiting Epstein’s private island, a site linked to allegations of sexual abuse and trafficking, including children and teenagers.<\/p>\n
“The big difference between you and me, Reid, is that you went and I didn’t. In fact, you went several times,” Musk wrote on US social media company X, rejecting any comparison between their respective interactions with Epstein.<\/p>\n
Musk reiterated that he repeatedly declined Epstein’s invitations, including offers to travel to the island, and eventually cut it off entirely. contact.<\/p>\n
