We will not stop anyone who is willing to leave. Our Syrian siblings&#8217; needs will be provided for while they are in Turkey. In addition, we are ready to send you by planes to any country that will accept you.\u201d<br \/>\nDavutoglu said the Global Forum on Migration and Development meeting in Istanbul next month would focus on Syrian refugees.<\/p>\n<p>Millions of Syrian refugees have fled their country since war broke out more than four years ago.
