Development (AK).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Negotiations cannot take place with clenched fists. Arms must not be allowed to speak for words again. The window of opportunity opened by the ceasefire must be used,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>Erdogan also praised Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, saying: &#8220;I heartily congratulate my dear friend Sanchez, who has taken a firm stand against butcher Netanyahu&#8217;s threats.&#8221; Regarding regional stability, Erdogan said: &#8220;If there is peace in our region, it will be despite the Zionist regime.
