The second review of the Draft Law on Temporary Measures of Basic Products in Special Cases of Destabilization in the Market, did not receive the support of the opposition in the Assembly.<\/p>\n

Deputy of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Arben Mustafa said that one party cannot be allowed “authority” over price determination.<\/p>\n

While Janina Ymeri from the Democratic League of Kosovo stated that the party she belongs to supports the law but not the way of its construction, reports Klankosova.<\/p>\n

The head of the AAK Parliamentary Group, Besnik Tahiri, was on the same line.<\/p>\n

“This law is nothing more than creating five conditions for that board, while all decision-making is concentrated in the Government of MINT”, he said.<\/p>\n
