Real Madrid star Kylian Mbapp\u00e9 picked up an injury during Friday night’s 1-1 draw with Real Betis at La Cartuja, where H\u00e9ctor Beller\u00edn scored a late equalizer to further dampen their title hopes. The French forward was himself the one who asked for the substitution, without it being clear what had happened.<\/p>\n
Around the 80th minute, with Real Madrid in the lead, Mbapp\u00e9 advanced from the right wing past the defenders and then assisted Vin\u00edcius J\u00fanior, before lying on the ground for a moment. He got up quickly, but immediately asked for a replacement and headed for the tunnel without being examined by the medical staff.<\/p>\n
After the match, Real Madrid coach \u00c1lvaro Arbeloa did not provide additional details about his condition.<\/p>\n
