The Unit for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption, in close cooperation with the Kosovo Police, today carried out an action in the Cadastral Agency of Kosovo, as well as in several other locations.<\/p>\n

In this action, five suspects are being investigated, among them, according to Klan Kosova sources, also the official of the Court, A. Bytyqi, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.<\/p>\n

According to the announcement of the Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prishtina, this action was carried out on the basis of the ordinance of the Basic Court in Pristina for control of suspects related to the criminal offense of “Misuse of official duty or Official Authority”, “Forgery of documents” and “Legalization of false content”. falsified titled “Contract for the exchange of real estate” dated 11.02.1966. Through this document it was falsely presented that an exchange of properties took place in 1966, with the purpose of illegal financial gain. falsified to present as authentic, by sealing and including in the court archives, although such a document has never existed in the official records.<\/p>\n

Also, the suspect A. Bytyqi, in his capacity as an official at the Basic Court in Pristina, is suspected of having misused his official position by creating a fictitious file and enabling the legalization of the forged document, with the aim of illegal gain for himself and other persons. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the suspects B.Shaqiri and M.B., in their capacity as officials in the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, are suspected of having exceeded their powers, and illegally approved the complaint of the party, namely the defendant N.K., obliging the municipality of Pristina to register the property on his behalf.<\/p>\n
