Islands of dignity in the EU that do not accept a music event with genocidals<\/p>\n

The public broadcasters of Spain, Ireland and Slovenia have announced that they will not broadcast the 70th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest this week, as they are boycotting this musical spectacle due to the participation of Israel.<\/p>\n

The Slovenian public broadcaster RTV has announced that instead of the Eurovision final on Saturday, it will broadcast a program dedicated to the Palestinians.<\/p>\n

“Instead of the Eurovision circus, the program public television will be dominated by the thematic series ‘Voices of Palestine’,” RTV Slovenia said in a statement on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Ireland is one of the record winners of the Eurosong, a total of seven times, but on Saturday, Irish RTE will broadcast a special episode of the popular comedy series “Father Ted” dedicated to this event.<\/p>\n

While Spain’s RTVE has prepared its own music special called “The House of Music”.<\/p>\n

Public broadcasters in the Netherlands and Iceland will continue to broadcast the contest, even though their countries are not participating this year. \/tesheshi<\/p>\n
