The Hind Rajab Foundation said on Monday that a criminal case has been filed in Poland against senior Israeli political and military officials on charges of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Gaza Strip, Anadolu reports.<\/p>\n
In a statement, the group said the suit was submitted to the Wroclaw District Prosecutor’s Office by Polish-Palestinian survivors Amjad Agha and Ahmed Elsaftawy in cooperation with the Polish-Palestinian Initiative. for Justice KAKTUS and members of the Sumud Global Flotilla.<\/p>\n
According to the foundation, the lawsuit names former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, former Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz, former Foreign Minister Eli Cohen, former military chief Herzi Halevi, current army chief Eyal Zamir and other Israeli military officials.<\/p>\n
The lawsuit alleges that the officials \u201ccreated and maintained a humanitarian crisis designed to physically destroy the Palestinian civilian population in Gaza” following the events of October 7.<\/p>\n

The Hind Rajab Foundation said it has filed more than 90 legal complaints in 30 jurisdictions. regarding alleged crimes committed against Palestinians.<\/p>\n
