Kosovo police have arrested three people and seized more than 25 kilograms of suspected narcotic substance of the marijuana type, during an action carried out in the north and at the border point in V\u00ebrmica.<\/p>\n

According to the announcement of the Police on Facebook, the Directorate for the Investigation of Narcotics Trafficking has carried out a tactical plan coded “CONTROL”, in which case two vehicles suspected of transporting narcotics.<\/p>\n

Initially, two vehicles with Serbian license plates were identified at the Border Crossing Point in V\u00ebrmic\u00eb, where one was stopped in Zve\u00e7an and the other in Jarinje.<\/p>\n

During the control of the vehicle stopped in Zve\u00e7an, modified spaces for hiding narcotics were discovered, where around 25,984 kilograms of marijuana were found.<\/p>\n

While the other vehicle is suspected of having served as an escort for securing the road.<\/p>\n

“Regarding the case, in order to carry out the relevant procedures at the scene, the Forensics Unit has come out, while the three suspects involved in the case (one of whom is a citizen of Serbia and two citizens of Montenegro) have been arrested.<\/p>\n

Regarding the case, all further actions will be taken in cooperation and coordination with the justice authorities”, says PK.\/Klankosova.tv<\/p>\n
