{"id":40754,"date":"2026-06-07T10:05:15","date_gmt":"2026-06-07T08:05:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prizrenpost.com\/en\/prizren-an-indictment-is-filed-for-robbery-and-possession-of-weapons-without-a-permit\/"},"modified":"2026-06-07T10:05:15","modified_gmt":"2026-06-07T08:05:15","slug":"prizren-an-indictment-is-filed-for-robbery-and-possession-of-weapons-without-a-permit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prizrenpost.com\/en\/prizren-an-indictment-is-filed-for-robbery-and-possession-of-weapons-without-a-permit\/","title":{"rendered":"Prizren: An indictment is filed for robbery and possession of weapons without a permit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/prizrenpost.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Prokuroria-PZ-1.jpg\" style=\"width:100%;height:auto;margin-bottom:20px\"><\/p>\n<p> The Basic Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in Prizren, Department of Serious Crimes, has filed an indictment against the defendants K.K., Sh.G., V.S., and L.G., who are in custody, due to the well-founded suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense of &#8220;Robbery&#8221;, while K.K., and Sh.G., have also committed the criminal offense of &#8220;Possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons&#8221;, reports Gazeta e Prizren.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, on 03.02.2026, around 01:05, in Prizren, near the &#8220;Green Market&#8221;, the defendants, after a prior agreement between them, acted in concert with the aim of acquiring the movable property of the injured L.R., using serious threats with weapons and knife.<\/p>\n<p>The above-mentioned defendants, masked and armed, approached the vehicle where the injured L.R. and H.S. were, and under the threat of a knife and a gun, they demanded money from the injured, whereupon they took cash from the injured L.R., as well as an item of small value was taken from the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>After carrying out the actions, the defendants left. from the scene with the vehicle in which they had come, and left in an unknown direction, while the injured immediately notified the Kosovo Police.<\/p>\n<p>During the controls carried out by the Kosovo Police, two firearms were found and confiscated, namely a &#8220;Zoraki&#8221; type pistol cal. 9 mm with a magazine and a cartridge, as well as an &#8220;EKOL&#8221; type pistol cal. 9 mm with the corresponding magazine.
