The Special Prosecutor’s Office has filed an indictment against six people for criminal offenses related to the events of December 2022 in the north of the country, in which village roads and highways were blocked for days due to the arrest of Dejan Pantiq.<\/p>\n
The road blocking was done by placing heavy vehicles, such as trucks filled with gravel, excavators, ambulances, buses and other vehicles. while in the vicinity of the barricades, improvised combat positions were also opened.<\/p>\n
In connection with this case, the accused are Dushan Maksimovi\u0107, Milosh Radosavljevi\u0107, Nemanja Jolovi\u0107, Dushan Drobaq, Srdjan Vu\u010dini\u0107 and Nenad Orlovi\u0107.<\/p>\n
They are being accused of criminal offenses; Association for anti-constitutional activity, Obstruction of an official in the performance of official duties<\/p>\n
During the discovery of the evidence, the Special Prosecutor’s Office had managed to extract telephone conversations that the accused in this case had with other people, about the organization and functioning of the barricades in the north of the country.<\/p>\n
The indictment of the SPRK, which was filed on 10.06.2026, as evidence has decoded coded messages that the accused have developed among themselves but also with other people in connection with the placement of barricades in the north of the country.<\/p>\n
The prosecution has managed to discover a mountain of communications from the phone of one of the accused that broke down in detail each action of the accused, in the organization to obstruct the Kosovo Police in the north.<\/p>\n
Thus, the accused, Milosh Radosavljevic with Nofka “Kurto” and the accused Nemanja Jollovic communicated through Signal and Viber on 13.12.2022 and the following days.<\/p>\n

Encrypted conversations about equipment with cartridges, weapons and pistols have been dismantled by the prosecution, and have been framed in the indictment, against six people who are accused of directly participating in the blocking of the roads in 2022 in the North of the country.<\/p>\n
“I provided it as ammunition.”, “God didn’t give it to me, you found 50 cartridges and no clothes.”- continue the conversations developed in a phone application where the prosecution claims they talked the accused.<\/p>\n
According to the prosecution, the conversations of the accused continue on 15.12.2022.<\/p>\n
From a message made on 21.12.2022, the accused in this case, Dushan Maksimovi\u0107, writes “We were drowned by this work for hours.”, while he receives an answer from the other accused with the nickname “Kurto”: “What are you doing brother, the work with the hour is strange.”<\/p>\n
Another telephone message that is presented in the indictment dated 24.12.2022 with the following content: “We would be able to test the weapons with 2-3 rounds in the afternoon in Suhodoll.” – writes the accused “Kurto”.<\/p>\n
According to the indictment, the accused Kurto sends a text with the content: “Tonight everything is burning in Lesak, Leposavic.”<\/p>\n
In another message presented in the indictment, dated 10.12.2022 at 19:14, a person named Milosavljevic Tanja says that after President Vucic, he wants to say a few words (it is about groups in phone applications).<\/p>\n
“After our President Vucic, I will also say a few words.”<\/p>\n
communication, the accused also wants to know who are the people who did not appear.<\/p>\n
“Some did not even come.”. While the accused “Kurto” writes: “Give the names of those who have not come.”<\/p>\n
While a person named Tanja Strina writes: “The list is long.” 12:00.\u201d\u00a0as well as “The van leaves at 16:30 and returns at 17:00.”, “Until the barricades last.”.<\/p>\n
Further in the indictment of the Special Prosecution, a communication between the accused, Dushan Drobaq dated 19.12.2022, who wished a birthday to the person named Nikolla Vu\u00e7kovic.<\/p>\n
Vu\u00e7kovic returns the message with the content: “Thank you Dule, the king of the barricades”.<\/p>\n
Dated 31.07.2022 in the indictment again appears a communication where the defendant Dushan Drobac writes another message to Nikola Vu\u010dkovi\u0107 with the content “Good Nikola, be careful”.<\/p>\n
While on 06.07.2022 a message analyzed by PSRK in the indictment dated 10.06.2022, Bransilav Seselnovi\u0107 writes on WhatsApp that something is still happening, while receiving a message from Nikola Vu\u010dokovi\u0107.<\/p>\n
“Something is still fighting, everyone is in positions at 3 o’clock, at the point of the technical school tonight, people are gathering and they want to take us to war” as well as “Catastrophe, save your gambling, I am free, I have strong”.<\/p>\n
On February 5, 2023, according to the contents of the indictment, a person named Miso Nikoli\u0107 wrote a message about how to unlock the bomb and shoot it at the green and receives a message from a person named Ilija Trajovi\u0107, with the content you threw yesterday evening.<\/p>\n
“You can unlock my bomb and shoot it, and the green one”\/”You threw it last night, are you going to do it today?”.<\/p>\n
On December 20, 2022, a person Aleksandar Simic sends a message with the content “State of War” while Slavisha Llaketi\u0107 writes: “I’m on my way to Slatina at the Llukovci River, Rosu with four armored vehicles, a truck and an excavator are placing concrete barriers”<\/p>\n
“So, according to the content of these SMS, dated 28.05.2023, one day before the attack on KFOR in Zve\u00e7an, the defendant (Nenad Orlovi\u0107) asks his boss, Srdjan Vu\u010dini\u0107, if there is any action, while he replies: “You have to work, collect garbage”.<\/p>\n
Dated 29.05.2023, then the attack happened in Zve\u00e7an where the defendant was present from the morning until when the violent mass attacked the KFOR troops.<\/p>\n
Dated 30.05.2023, the person Serdjan Vu\u010dini\u0107 writes to him: “Tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m. in a meeting for cleaning”, while the message he receives back is: “Okay”. he was constantly engaged in carrying out concrete tasks according to the orders he received from his superiors and hid behind conversations to perform cleaning services and in fact the opposite happened” – the indictment of the Prosecution continues.<\/p>\n
The Prosecution further elaborated how in a telephone message the defendant, Nenad Orlovi\u010d dated 29.05.2023, boasts of attacking KFOR troops with content:<\/p>\n
