An attempt to steal derivatives at a railway workshop in Vushtrri was stopped in time, while four people ended up in the handcuffs of the Police.<\/p>\n
The sources of the Sinjali newspaper inform that the event happened shortly before midnight on June 13 in the village of Shtitarica, where the guard of a workshop noticed a suspicious vehicle and several people near an excavator.<\/p>\n
According to according to the information that Sinjali has, the suspects had forcibly opened the lid of the excavator’s tank and, equipped with a drum and a plastic pipe, were trying to extract oil from the heavy machinery.<\/p>\n
After alerting the Police, the units managed to locate and arrest the four suspects, who were identified as:<\/p>\n
Liridon Zekaj (25 years old)
\nFlag Mehmeti (28 years old)
\nGetuar Geci (21 years old)
\nKreshnik Rama (21 years old)<\/p>\n
During the inspection of their vehicle, several canisters and a plastic pipe were found, which were suspected to be used for transporting derivatives.<\/p>\n
The four were accompanied to the Police Station in Vushtrri and were interviewed by the investigators. By order of the supervising Prosecutor, the case was initiated as “Attempted aggravated theft”, while the suspects were ordered to be detained for 48 hours.<\/p>\n
What started as a silent operation to fill oil cans, ended with four pairs of handcuffs and a criminal file on the Prosecutor’s desk.<\/p>\n
