{"id":41515,"date":"2026-06-17T11:56:31","date_gmt":"2026-06-17T09:56:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prizrenpost.com\/en\/this-is-the-suspect-for-the-injury-in-veternik-the-prosecution-comes-out-with-details\/"},"modified":"2026-06-17T11:56:32","modified_gmt":"2026-06-17T09:56:32","slug":"this-is-the-suspect-for-the-injury-in-veternik-the-prosecution-comes-out-with-details","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prizrenpost.com\/en\/this-is-the-suspect-for-the-injury-in-veternik-the-prosecution-comes-out-with-details\/","title":{"rendered":"This is the suspect for the injury in Veternik, the prosecution comes out with details"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/prizrenpost.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/pAMJE-NGA-VENDI.png\" style=\"width:100%;height:auto;margin-bottom:20px\"><\/p>\n<p>The Basic Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in Pristina informs the public that on 16.06.2026, at around 23:30, on the street &#8220;Feriz Guri&#8221; in Pristina, there were gunshots, as a result of which a person suffered bodily injuries and was sent for medical treatment to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately after receiving the information from the Kosovo Police, the supervising Prosecutor from the Department Serious Crimes, together with the relevant units, have undertaken all the necessary investigative measures and actions, as well as securing material evidence at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>During the investigative actions undertaken so far, it is suspected that the person with the initials N.B. has committed the criminal offense of &#8220;Attempted Murder&#8221;, from Article 172 related to Article 28 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>Also, by order of the State Prosecutor, a raid was carried out by the Kosovo Police, where a long gun, seven (7) cartridges and thirteen (13) cartridges were found, which will serve as material evidence during the investigation procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, during relevant examinations, by relevant units, it was found that in the victim&#8217;s vehicle, Sh.K. one (1) weapon and twelve (12) cartridges were found and seized.<\/p>\n<p>The Basic Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in Pristina, in close coordination with the Kosovo Police, is undertaking all the necessary investigative actions for the full clarification of the circumstances of the incident, as well as the arrest of the person suspected of committing this criminal offense.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin:30px 0\">\n<p style=\"font-size:13px;color:#666\">Source: <strong>prizrenpost<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Basic Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in Pristina informs the public that on 16.06.2026, at around 23:30, on the street &#8220;Feriz Guri&#8221; in Pristina, there were gunshots, as a result of which a person suffered bodily injuries and was sent for medical treatment to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.
