The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has criticized the participants from Kosovo and North Macedonia in the protest that has been held for 22 days in Albania.<\/p>\n

According to Rama, the diaspora of Albania is not the Albanians of Kosovo nor those of North Macedonia.<\/p>\n

Referring to the participants who traveled to Tirana for the protest, Rama used harsh tones, saying that when “political caravans from Pristina and Tetova” appear in Tirana as a diaspora, they damage the image of the Albanians of Kosovo and North Macedonia.<\/p>\n

He raised the question of whether those who love Albanians in conflict and chaos are happy when they see, according to him, a “diaspora” from Kosovo and North Macedonia heading towards Tirana to overthrow the Albanian government. Rama added that the sponsors of these actions are spending money only to harm the national and international image of Kosovo and the Albanians in North Macedonia. Rama’s reaction included the use of national and KLA symbols during the protest. The Albanian Prime Minister said that, according to him, the “desecration of the liberation flag of the KLA” will not be removed from his mind, considering its use as a symbol in an attempt to overthrow the government in Tirana unacceptable.<\/p>\n

Rama also mentioned members and supporters of the Vet\u00ebvendosje Movement, describing some of them as being involved in what he called “hell soup”. However, he made a distinction between them and the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti.<\/p>\n

“I cannot make nor imply that Albin Kurti is responsible under any circumstances for any of the sallahans of Vet\u00ebvendosje who are involved in this soup of hell”, wrote Rama.<\/p>\n

According to him, every major political force has individuals who do not necessarily represent the positions of the leadership, adding that it would insult Albin Kurti’s intelligence if he wanted to to think that he judges the same as the people he criticized in his reaction.<\/p>\n

At the end of the post, Rama requested that the name of the Prime Minister of Kosovo not be associated with the event, stressing: “Leave Albin Kurti out of this disgusting soup”.<\/p>\n
