According to the indictment, on October 30, 2025, at the Border Crossing Point in V\u00ebrmica, the defendant transported without authorization substances declared by law as narcotics. The same suspect is suspected of having rented a vehicle in Tirana and headed towards Kosovo, reports Klankosova.tv.<\/p>\n

“During the entry into the Republic of Kosovo, the defendant was stopped for control by the competent authorities at the Border Crossing Point in Vermica. During the control of the vehicle, a plastic bag with a suspected narcotic substance of the cocaine type was found under the driver’s seat, with a total weight of 575.71 grams, while during the physical control of the defendant, a small quantity of the suspected narcotic substance of the marijuana type was found, 0.35 grams”, the Prosecution’s announcement states.<\/p>\n

The prosecutor of the case, upon the indictment, has proposed to the court that, after holding the judicial review, administration and evaluation of the evidence, the defendant should be declared guilty of the criminal offense for which he is accused. and be punished according to the law.<\/p>\n
