The acting government of the Republic of Kosovo has held a regular meeting today, in which it has approved a series of decisions that affect different sectors, from infrastructure and regional development to justice, health and public enterprises.<\/p>\n

Among the main decisions, the executive has approved the leasing for 15 years of an area of 99,715 square meters in the Seqisht Cadastral Zone of Hani i Elezit, for the extraction and the use of limestone.<\/p>\n

The government has also approved the reallocation of 1.15 million euros to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport for four new capital projects, as well as 1.05 million euros to the Ministry of Local Government Administration for four infrastructure projects in municipalities.<\/p>\n

In the field of justice, a ban has been placed on the execution of the Regulation on the reception and handling of telephone calls in the system of appointment of lawyers according to the official duty (Ex-Officio), as well as the prohibition of the execution of the administrative act on the amount of expenses for the registration of the Chamber of Advocates of Kosovo, until the final decisions of the competent courts.<\/p>\n

Also, the Commission for Compensation of Crime Victims has been appointed.<\/p>\n

Within capital investments, 350 thousand euros have been reallocated to the Ministry of Regional Development for eight capital investment projects in municipality.<\/p>\n

The government has also approved the further review of the requests for expropriation in the public interest for the landslide remediation projects on the Hani i Elezit-Goranc\u00eb road and the rehabilitation of the R112 regional road in the Gjonaj-Bishtazhin segment in the Municipality of Prizren.<\/p>\n

Also, the Ministry of Justice has been allocated 200,000 euros for the supply and installation of a new generator in Burgun. of High Security.<\/p>\n

At today’s meeting, the initiative for the conclusion of the Grant Agreement between Kosovo and the International Development Association for the KOMPAS project, which aims to strengthen the health system in the country, was also approved.<\/p>\n

Another decision was the appointment of the Temporary Board of Directors of the Central Public Enterprise “Infrakos” Sh.A., with Getuar Zogun as the chairman, while Detrina was appointed as a member. Alishani Sopi, Fjolla Gashi and Genc Hundozi. <\/p>\n

Also, 44,004 euros have been allocated to the Municipality of Shtime for the completion of the wastewater treatment plant project. <\/p>\n

Among the decisions with the greatest financial impact, the Government has approved the allocation of 3 million euros for the implementation of Measure 4.5 “Supporting the Migrant”, within the Economic Revival Package.<\/p>\n
