The police spokesman for the Prizren region, Shaqir Bytyqi, told Klankosova.tv that from the first information it was understood that, after a conversation between a suspect on one side and three other people on the other side, the suspect there were shots with firearms in the direction of the other party’s vehicle. As a result of the shooting, one person suffered bodily injuries from the firearm.<\/p>\n

The injured person was sent for treatment to the Regional Hospital of Prizren and, according to the doctors, his life is out of danger.<\/p>\n

According to Bytyqi, all persons involved in the incident have been identified. Apart from the injured person, the others were taken to the Police Station in Prizren.<\/p>\n

Investigators from the Regional Department of Investigation, together with the forensics unit, went to the scene of the incident, with the aim of collecting evidence and securing of material evidence.<\/p>\n

The police, in coordination with the State Prosecutor, is undertaking all the necessary investigative actions for the complete clarification of the circumstances and motives of this incident.<\/p>\n
