The State Prosecutor announces that 54 indictments have been filed against 64 persons by the basic prosecutor’s offices, for the commission of various criminal offenses. Also, by order of the State Prosecutor, ten (10) people, suspected of committing criminal offenses, have been detained, Gazeta e Prizren reports.<\/p>\n

The Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo, during the last 24 hours, by order of the prosecutor, has detained two (2) suspects for 48 hours.<\/p>\n

The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prizren, during the last 24 hours, has detained one (1) suspect, as well as filed 12 indictments against 16 persons, for various criminal offences.<\/p>\n

Detention of persons by order of the prosecutor:
\nThe General Department, by order of the prosecutor, detained for 48 hours, one (1) person suspected of the criminal offense “Domestic Violence” according to the KPRK.<\/p>\n

Indictments:
\nThe Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prizren has filed twelve (12) indictments against sixteen (16) persons, for
\ncriminal offenses as follows:
\nTwo (2) indictments against two (2) persons for the criminal offense “Theft”;
\nOne (1) indictment against two (2) persons for the criminal offense “Assault”;
\nOne (1) indictment against two (2) persons for the criminal offense “Self-judgment”;
\nOne (1) indictment against two (2) persons for the criminal offenses “Assault” and “Slight Bodily Injury”;
\nOne (1) indictment against two (2) persons for the criminal offenses “Assault” and “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons”;<\/p>\n

One (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense “Destruction or damage to property”;
\nOne (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense of “Contempt of Court”;
\nOne (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense “Endangering public traffic”;
\nOne (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense of “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons”;
\nOne (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense “False representation as an official person”;
\nOne (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense of “Grievous Bodily Injury”.<\/p>\n
