In the prison sentence, the time spent in custody will also be counted, from February 17, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>According to the indictment, M.D. has exercised violence against his mother, R.D., in their shared home in the village of Novosell\u00c3\u00ab e Ep\u00c3\u00abrme in Gjakova, simultaneously violating the protection order.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;after a disagreement about food, the defendant had offended and emotionally disturbed his mother, throwing and stepping on food items, as well as trying to grab her to hit her.
