According to the indictment, Reshani insulted and threatened the injured and their families, among other things, stating that he would kill the police officers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I will cut you down with a cane&#8221;, &#8220;I killed you or you killed me, but I won&#8217;t kill you alive&#8221; and &#8220;Children are held hostage&#8221; are some of the expressions that Reshani used against the policemen.<\/p>\n<p>With these actions, Reshani is suspected to have caused a feeling of fear and insecurity for their life, physical integrity and safety and that of their family members, therefore they are charged with having committed the criminal offense of &#8220;Intimidation&#8221;, from Article 181, paragraph 3, in relation to paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecution has proposed to the Court that the defendant be found guilty and punished according to the law.<\/p>\n<p>As a mitigating circumstance, the Prosecution has proposed remorse and expressed regret, admission of guilt and cooperation during the procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, Reshani is in custody under the suspicion of having committed four other criminal offenses. \/INS<\/p>\n<p>Note: The persons mentioned in this article are considered innocent, unless the court proves that they are guilty by a final decision.<\/p>\n<hr style=\"margin:30px 0\">\n<p style=\"font-size:13px;color:#666\">Source: <strong>prizrenpost<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Special Prosecutor&#8217;s Office has filed an indictment against Egzon Reshani, for committing the criminal offense of &#8220;Intimidation&#8221;.
