The race for the "Golden Ball" (Ballon d'Or) looks more exciting and unpredictable than ever, with the tension at high levels – especially between the two stars from Barcelona and Real Madrid: Lamine Yamal and Kylian Mbappé. In this context, Yamal spoke to the Universo Valdano show on Movistar; the interview is expected to air next Friday. This time, the Barcelona star was perhaps more clear than ever about who he thinks deserves to win the Ballon d'Or. "Who would I give the Ballon d'Or to? Honestly, I think there are probably only two players who are the best in the world, but I deserve it this year," he said, adding: "For me, Kylian Mbappé and I are the two best players and anyone who follows the games knows that." this." It is worth noting that Mbappé also expressed it his opinion just a few days ago. "I have always believed that the 'Golden Ball' should reward a player who stands out. Of course, there is also the collective aspect, which is important because football is a team sport. But, this is an individual award," he declared. He expressed himself more clearly when he spoke about the current season. "I think I offered something different this year. That's why I believe I can win the 'Golden Ball'."
